Abstract: Embodiments provide a hard coat layered film having a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from an outer layer side, the first hard coat including (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate including 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent, the first hard coat being formed from a coating material not including inorganic particles, and the second hard coat including (A′) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. According to at least one embodiment, component (A) may be a mixture of tripentaerythritol acrylate and one or more species selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol acrylate, monopentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate.

Abstract: One embodiment is a hardcoat multilayer film which includes layers, namely, a first hardcoat, a second hardcoat and a transparent resin film sequentially from the surface layer side. The first hardcoat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, while containing 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, 0.5-20 parts by mass of (B) a compound having two or more secondary thiol groups in each molecule, 0.01-7 parts by mass of (C) a water repellent agent and 0.01-10 parts by mass of (D) a silane coupling agent; and the second hardcoat is formed from a coating material that contains 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and 30-300 parts by mass of (F) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. The polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (A) may contain 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate. The coating material which forms the first hardcoat may additionally contain 0.1-5 parts by mass of (E) a thiophenyl-based photopolymerization initiator.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a hard coat laminated film having a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where: the first hard coat is formed from paint which contains predetermined amounts of (A) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate, (B) a water repellent, and (C) a silane coupling agent, and which does not contain inorganic particles; and the second hard coat is formed from paint containing predetermined amounts of (D) a polymerizable compound and (E) inorganic fine particles having an average particle size of 1-300 nm. The (D) polymerizable compound contains: (d1) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule; (d2) a compound having two or more secondary thiol groups in one molecule; and optionally, (d3) at least one (meth)acrylate selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate having two (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule, a (meth)acrylate having one (meth)acryloyl group in one molecule, and a urethane(meth)acrylate.

Abstract: A method for producing a decorative sheet includes the steps of: (α) pressing a thermoplastic resin film (a) on a preheated rotating heating drum, and then pressing a transfer film (b) having a hot-melt adhesive layer, a resin coating, a release coating layer, and a film base material in order such that the hot-melt adhesive layer is positioned in the film (a) side; (β) feeding/supplying a pressed body obtained in the Step (α) between a rotating design-imparting roll and a rotating receiving roll such that the transfer film (b) is positioned in the design-imparting-roll side; and (γ) sequentially passing a laminated sheet obtained in the Step (β) through a first chill roll whose temperature is set to 50° C. to 90° C., and a second chill roll whose temperature is set to a temperature of 20° C. to 70° C. which is lower than the first-chill roll temperature to cool the laminated sheet.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a layered film having an antireflection function and an infrared-shielding function. According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a layered film having a heat-ray shielding layer and a low-refractive-index layer in this order on at least one surface of a resin film, where the difference (Rh−Rf) of the refractive index (Rh) of the heat-ray shielding layer and the refractive index (Rf) of the resin film is −0.1 to 0.1, the difference (Rh−RL) of the refractive index (Rh) of the heat-ray shielding layer and the refractive index (RL) of the low-refractive-index layer is 0.05 or greater, and the refractive index (RL) of the low-refractive-index layer is 1.2 to 1.45. The thickness of the heat-ray shielding layer may be 0.1 to 5 μm. The visible-light transmittance of the layered film may be 88% or greater.

According to at least one embodiment, the first hard coat contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a multifunctional (meth)acrylate including 20 mass % or more of tripentaerythritol acrylate, and (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a (meth)acryloyl group-containing fluoropolyetherbased water repellent, and is formed from a paint not containing inorganic particles. The thickness of the hard coat laminated film is 5-60 μm. Component (A) may be a mixture of: tripentaerythritol acrylate; and at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol acrylate, monopentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate.
