The disclosure also provides a method of treating a multiple myeloma in a subject, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a BCMAxCDS bispecific antibody and an anti-CD38 antibody to the subject to treat the multiple myeloma. The disclosure also provides a pharmaceutical combination comprising a GPRC5DxCD3 bispecific antibody. The disclosure also provides a kit comprising a pharmaceutical composition comprising a BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody and an anti-CD38 antibody.
