    Abstract: A method for measuring skin elasticity comprises the steps of: converting a pattern image having a predetermined pattern into light to irradiate the skin with the light; obtaining a moire image by photographing the skin irradiated with the light; and measuring skin elasticity from the moire image using a change in the shape of the pattern projected on the skin. According to the method of the present invention, moire images having various and detailed shapes and line intervals can be obtained by converting a pattern image into light to irradiate the skin with the light, before and after comparison can be easily performed by analyzing the point, line, and/or surface of a pattern in the moire image, and a reference point can be easily set during measurement when the light of various colors is irradiated. Also, accurate and various skin elasticity can be calculated and changes in face shape can be analyzed using the multiple moire images photographed in different directions.
