Clear cosmetic compositions for high moisturization are provided to eliminate oil, inhibit sticky feeling, and show emollient use feeling and excellent moisturizing effects as if oil is employed. A clear cosmetic composition for high moisturization comprises (a) 5-30 wt.% of glycerin and its derivatives, and (b) 0.5-10 wt.% of at least one material selected from PEG(polyethylene glycol). PPG-17(polypropylene glycol-17). 6 copolymer and dipropylene glycol, wherein the glycerin derivative is selected from glycereth 26, PEG, PPG, and polybutylene glycol-8. 5. 3 glycerin.
Abstract:
A composition comprising an extract fermented by lactic acid bacteria isolated from Kimchi is provided to inhibit the growth of microorganism involving with the generation of skin acne and skin inflammation rapidly and improve the acne skin by inhibiting excessive sebum secretion and having anti-inflammatory effect. The cosmetic composition for preventing and improving acne comprises an extract fermented by lactic acid bacteria isolated from Kimchi such as Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides, Leuconostoc lactis, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Leuconostoc kimchi. The composition further comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of an extract of soybean, a fermented extract of soybean, a culture concentration solution of fermented extract of soybean, and a dried material of fermented extract of soybean culture solution.

Provided is a skin whitening cosmetic composition which is able to improve or prevent skin pigmentary abnormality and hyperpigmentation and shows improved stability in formulation by maintaining an adequate level of pH using a pH buffer. The skin whitening cosmetic composition comprises 0.001-30 wt.% of a vitamin C derivative such as a water-soluble vitamin C derivative, 0.001-25 wt.% of yarrow, 0.001-25 wt.% of balm-mint, 0.001-25 wt.% of peppermint and 0.001-6 wt.% of a pH buffer, and is in the form of skin, lotion, massage cream, nutritive cream, gel, pack or skin adhesive formulation.

Provided is a cosmetic composition with improved migration of make-up cosmetic which removes potential main causes of the make-up migration by improving the absorption of the cosmetics into skin using a combination of silicone emollient and a non-ionic surfactant and absorbing excessive oily ingredients remaining in the skin using oil-soluble powder, and is able to remove non-uniformly distributed sebum by containing an adequate amount of ethyl alcohol. The cosmetic composition for improving migration of make-up cosmetic comprises 2.0-8.0 wt.% of silicone emollient such as dimethicone and cyclomethicone, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of oil soluble powder such as polymethylsilsesquioxane and talc, 0.5-10.0 wt.% of a non-ionic surfactant such as sorbitan sesquioleate, polysorbate, hydrogenated lecithin, dimethicone polyol and PEG-100 stearate, and 2.0-10.0 wt.% of ethyl alcohol.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antiaging effect and is improved in safety and stability to the skin stimulus and discoloration, its preparation method, and an antiaging skin preparation for external use and a collagenase and elastase expression inhibitor containing the derivative. CONSTITUTION: The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H, a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; R3 is CONH, NHCO, CONR5 or NR5CO (wherein R5 is H or a C1-C10 alkyl group); and R4 is -(CH)n- (wherein n is 0 or 1). The method comprises the steps of reacting benzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or 4-aminophenylacetic acid methyl ester or reacting aniline and monomethyl terephthalate, to prepare a benzamide compound; substituting the amino bond of the benzamide compound into an alkyl bond; hydrolyzing the methyl ester group to prepare an acid; and reacting the obtained acid with hydroxyl amine·HCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.
