본 발명은 약용 잎을 사용한 쌈 발효 추출물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 천연물을 약용 잎으로 싸거나 덮어서 발효시켜 제조된 쌈 발효 추출물을 함유하여 피부 항산화, 항노화, 미백 및 보습 효과가 탁월한 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
A cosmetic composition comprising the extract of Equisetum arvense L. as an effective ingredient is provided to promote growth of keratinocytes, remove reactive oxygen species, increase biosynthesis of procollagen type 1 by reducing biosynthesis of MMP-1(matrix metaloproteinase-1), and inhibit aging. The cosmetic composition for promoting growth of keratinocytes, removing reactive oxygen species, increasing biosynthesis of procollagen type 1 by reducing biosynthesis of MMP-1, or inhibiting aging comprises the extract of Equisetum arvense L. and at least one extract selected from Lonicera japonica Thunberg extract, Prunus armeniaca extract, Plantago asiatica extract and Coix lacryma-jobi extract, wherein the amount of the medicinal herb extract is 0.0001 to 25 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition; the medicinal herb extracts are prepared with water; and the composition further comprises 1,3-butyleneglycol.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antiaging effect and is improved in safety and stability to the skin stimulus and discoloration, its preparation method, and an antiaging skin preparation for external use and a collagenase and elastase expression inhibitor containing the derivative. CONSTITUTION: The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H, a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; R3 is CONH, NHCO, CONR5 or NR5CO (wherein R5 is H or a C1-C10 alkyl group); and R4 is -(CH)n- (wherein n is 0 or 1). The method comprises the steps of reacting benzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or 4-aminophenylacetic acid methyl ester or reacting aniline and monomethyl terephthalate, to prepare a benzamide compound; substituting the amino bond of the benzamide compound into an alkyl bond; hydrolyzing the methyl ester group to prepare an acid; and reacting the obtained acid with hydroxyl amine·HCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.

PURPOSE: A composition for transdermal administration comprising L-arginine which has excellent therapeutic effect and presents no adverse effects even when administered in excess as a main drug is provided. The composition is an external application which overcomes the defects of conventional injections or oral therapeutic agents and effective in treatment of erectile dysfunction and frigidity. CONSTITUTION: A preparation for transdermal administration contains 1 to 20% by weight of L-arginine, 1 to 30% by weight of a skin permeation enhancer, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and additionally 1 to 80% by weight of one or more additives selected from a solubilizing aid, a softening agent, a surfactant, a thickening agent and a pH controller. The preparation is applied to the peripheral surface of the penis and the clitoris in a single dose of about 0.1 to 2g.
