Abstract: An interface control method between channel cards and IF(Intermediate Frequency) boards in a wireless communication system is provided to remove the interference of adjacent channels and prevent channel performance from being deteriorated due to noise signal data between channel cards and IF boards by executing efficient interface control between channel cards and IF boards. A state management module in a main board periodically checks the state of each channel card(401). If it is recognized that the state of a channel card has changed(403), the state management module confirms the changed details of the channel card(405). After confirming the changed details of the channel card, the state management module reports the changed state information of the channel card to a device control module(407). The device control module, receiving the state information of the channel card, sets up a path according to the received state information(409). Then the device control module controls the associated IF board according to the setup of the path(411).
