Abstract: An inputting apparatus for preventing malfunction and an electronic device having the same are provided to minimize the movement of a user, make the inputting apparatus slim and prevent malfunction. A contact unit is arranged in a main body(110) and contacts to a pressurization unit. A noncontact unit is extended from the contact unit and is separable with the pressurization unit. A keyboard(139) consists of a plurality of keys having noncontact part. An angle between the reference line and extended line across the same spot of the square key is changed. The main body comprises a reference line formed into left and right direction along a plate side. A keyboard input unit includes one or more width keyboard group having a plurality of keys arranged in the main body.
