Abstract: A polarizing film, a method for manufacturing the same, and an LCD having the same are provided to reduce the thickness of the polarizing film and increase the productive yield, by forming the polarizing film to include a phase difference layer having a different extension direction from a polarizing layer. A polarizing film comprises a pressure sensitivity adhesive layer(11). A phase difference layer(12) is formed on the pressure sensitivity adhesive layer, wherein the phase difference layer has a first extension direction. A polarizing layer(13) is formed on the phase difference layer, wherein the polarizing layer has a second extension direction. A transparent protecting film(15) is formed on the polarizing layer. The first and second directions cross each other in an angle of 35 to 55 degrees.

Abstract: A polarizer, and an LCD including the same are provided to use reflection light of light introduced from the outside and thus reduce power consumption and improve display quality by forming a reflective layer at a polarizer corresponding to a sub display area. A polarizer film is divided into a transmission area(B) and a reflection area(A) corresponding to a main display area(133b) and a sub display area(133a) of a liquid crystal panel, and polarizes incident light. A reflection layer(222) is formed on the reflection area of the polarizer film. The reflection layer is a metal deposition film or a metal thin film. Abstract: An apparatus and a method for testing picture quality of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to measure at least one of a gray inversion phenomenon and a color inversion phenomenon. An apparatus for testing picture quality of an LCD includes an LCD(152), a camera(154), a measurement unit(166), and a rotating unit. The LCD displays a test pattern. The camera takes a picture of the test pattern of the LCD. The measurement unit measures the transmissivity of the test pattern. Abstract: An adhesive is applied to a side of a 3D image forming device of a lenticular lens, parallax barrier, etc., and the 3D image forming device is adhered to an image panel.
