Abstract: The circuit converts the interlace scan signal into the sequential scan signal by estimating the scan multiplication data of the Y/C signals according to the detected momentum. Abstract: The circuit for displaying the video with high resolution and being compatible to the conventional TV with NTSC format by demodulating the sub signal and separating it to the high frequency component of the side panel signal and that of the luminance signal includes a 1st divider (110) for generating the sub signal carrier of 3.108 MHz, a phase corrector (120) for correcting the phase of the sub signal carrier, a phase detector (140) for detecting the phase difference between an oscillatator (100) and a 2nd divider (130), and a 2nd modulator (170) for demodulating the high frequency of the Y signal that is phase-locked to the output of a phase shifter (150).
