휴대할 수 있고, 영상을 확인하기 용이한 휴대용 초음파 프로브를 제공한다. 또한, 초음파 프로브에서 발생하는 열을 방출할 수 있는 구성을 구비한 초음파 프로브를 제공한다. 휴대용 초음파 프로브는 초음파를 발생시키는 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 메인바디 및 디스플레이부를 포함하고 메인바디의 일단에 회전 가능하게 결합된 폴더부를 포함하고, 메인바디는 하나의 칩에 구현된 AD컨버터와 빔포머를 포함한다.

2차원 트랜스듀서 어레이를 이용한 3차원 초음파 볼륨 스캔방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 3차원 초음파 볼륨 스캔방법은, 다수의 트랜스듀서들 중에서 적어도 둘 이상의 트랜스듀서들이 선형으로 배열된 적어도 하나의 1차원 트랜스듀서 어레이에 적어도 둘 이상의 서로 직교하는 코드들을 인가하고, 상기 다수의 트랜스듀서들에 수신된 피검체의 반사신호로부터 상기 적어도 둘 이상의 서로 직교하는 코드들 각각에 대응하는 신호들을 획득하며, 상기 반사된 신호에서 획득된 신호들을 이용하여 상기 피검체의 영상 정보를 생성한다.

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic image generation device and a method thereof are provided to selectively use an ultrasonic signal by request of a user, thereby improving device performance. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic image generation device (100) comprises an ultrasonic transducer and a pulse generation unit (110). The ultrasound transducer has a broadband frequency transfer characteristic and an ultra-wide band frequency transfer characteristic. The pulse generation unit (110) is provided within the frequency band of the ultrasonic transducer, and generates multiple ultrasonic pulses which have a different center frequency from each other. PURPOSE: A two dimensional transducer-array driving apparatus is provided to shorten loading time by controlling driving parts using the control information of delay time and a receiving transducer. CONSTITUTION: Multiple driving parts(110) drive each transducer included in a two dimensional transducer-array. A drive control part(120) controls the multiple driving parts. Each of the multiple driving parts comprises a register, a comparator, a pulse frequency setting part, a multi pulse controlling part, a transmitting signal production part, a signal transmitting and receiving part, a transmitting and receiving switch, and a receiving signal amplifier. A memory stores the control information of the delay time and the receiving transducer. A transmit-receive switch(1127) turns on and off by referring to the control information of the receiving transducer outputted from the register. PURPOSE: A cell and a channel of an ultrasonic transducer and an ultrasonic transducer including a channel are provided to increase the effective displacement of a thin film in an ultrasonic transducer by including more ultrasonic transducer cell for transmission or reception. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transducer(100) comprises a substrate, a wall(20) prepared on the edge of the substrate, a plurality of posts(30) separated at a regular interval on the substrate, a thin film(40) prepared on the wall and the plurality of posts, and cavity prepared between the substrate and a thin film. The wall and the plurality of posts are integrally formed with the substrate. The wall and the post are formed on the substrate by etching the substrate. The wall is shared with adjacent ultrasonic transducers if a plurality of ultrasonic transducers is arranged in array.

A method and an apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field is provided to promote growth of the lactic acid bacteria, increase the number of the lactic acid bacteria and to increase production of metabolic products. In a method for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field, the growth of the lactic acid bacteria is promoted by applying an alternating current electric field or direct current electric field of 10V-1MV/m in frequency band of 1 kHz-1MHz at 37°C less. The lactic acid bacteria is lactobacillus species, streptococcus, bifidobacterium, leuconostoc, pediococcus or lactococcus. An apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria includes a container consisting of an insulator, two electrodes adhered to a floor side and a cover side and an electric field application unit connected to the two electrodes.
