Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobile terminal of a sensibility reasoning apparatus with bio-signal is provided to offer a mobile service to a way of an improving user sensibility. CONSTITUTION: An emotion reasoning processing block(240) receives a reaction of a living body measurement variable data. Abstract: PURPOSE: A traffic control technique through controlling an adaptive priority in a home network is provided to offer a better service to a user by checking a traffic that a user is currently using according to increase in traffic in a home network and giving a priority to the traffic. CONSTITUTION: A classifier(20) classifies packets(10) inputted from each input interface into a control traffic, a multimedia data traffic and a non-multimedia data traffic. The classified packet is transferred to a dynamic priority allocation module(30) which includes a priority point estimation(31) and an adaptive priority reassignment(32). The priority point estimation(31) allocates a point according to the amount of usage of packets by classes and the adaptive priority reassignment(32) allocates a priority by classes with the point. The priority-allocated packet is transferred to each priority queue(40), and a priority scheduler(50) preferentially processes a packet in a queue with a higher priority and sends it to an output packet(60).
