Abstract: PURPOSE: To recover high purity gallium from zinc residues generated from the zinc refining process as a waste matter by using a wet type treatment method. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of neutralizing and settling an eluate after eluting zinc residues by using an alkali solution; a step of remelting gallium sediment with a hydrochloric acid solution; a step of reverse extracting gallium by using water after solvent extracting gallium by using isopropyl ether as an extraction solvent; a step of removing iron by using di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid as an extraction solvent; and a step of electrolytically collecting gallium from gallium solution.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for recovering gold and silver from acidic thiourea aqueous solution using iron powder is provided to environment friendly and efficiently recover and separate gold and silver from the acidic thiourea aqueous solution containing gold, silver and other trace of impurities by using iron powder as precipitant. CONSTITUTION: The method for recovering gold and silver from acidic thiourea aqueous solution using iron powder comprises the steps of adding iron powder as precipitant to the acidic thiourea aqueous solution as injecting nitrogen gas into an acidic thiourea aqueous solution in which gold ore is leached; and selectively precipitating gold and silver in the acidic thiourea aqueous solution by stirring the acidic thiourea aqueous solution as continuously injecting the nitrogen gas into the acidic thiourea aqueous solution, wherein the nitrogen gas is injected into the acidic thiourea aqueous solution at a flux of 200 to 400 mL/min, wherein size of the iron powder corresponds to a sieve size of 100 to 200 meshes, and the iron powder is added to the acidic thiourea aqueous solution in an amount of 3 to 5 g/L, wherein temperature of the precipitation is maintained to 20 to 30 deg.C, wherein speed of the stirring is maintained to 200 to 300 rpm, and wherein time of the precipitation is maintained to 30 to 40 minutes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are an adsorbent with great adsorbent efficiency for removing ammonia nitrogen in wastewater and a method for manufacturing the same. Abstract: PURPOSE: A copper heat sink and method of manufacturing the same is provided to achieve a maximized radiation efficiency, improved performance and prolonged lifespan. CONSTITUTION: A copper heat sink comprises a copper frame(1) having a sponge-like structure having a plurality of air pores, and an aluminum(2) injected into a predetermined thickness beneath the copper frame. The thickness of the aluminum is 1 to 2mm. A method comprises the steps of performing an electroless plating onto a base so as to provide conductivity to the base, performing copper plating to the base and forming a copper film of a predetermined thickness, performing heat-treatment to the base and obtaining a sponge-like structured copper frame, and dipping the copper frame into a molten aluminum so that aluminum is injected to a lower portion of the frame.

Abstract: 본 발명은 산업 폐수를 증발 농축기를 사용하여 처리하는 경우에 있어서 야기되는 농축기 내의 스케일 부착 방지 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 증발 농축기에 유입될 폐수에 대해 pH를 2 내지 10 범위로 조절하여 상온 내지 50 ℃ 범위에서 염화바륨을 첨가하여 30 분 내지 2 시간 동안 교반시켜 폐수 중의 황산 이온을 침전 제거시키고, 이어서 계면 활성제를 폐수 기준으로 10 ppm 내지 0.1 중량% 첨가시켜 표면 장력을 35 dyne/cm 이하로 감소시키는 처리를 수행하는 것으로 이루어진다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 스케일 제거를 위해 농축기의 가동을 중지시키는 일이 없이 장기간 처리 효율을 유지시킬 수 있으며, 처리 비용이 매우 저렴하고 장치 부식 문제를 전혀 야기시키지 않는다.

Abstract: 용접성이 개선된 테르밋재 및 그의 제조 방법이 기재되어 있다. 이 방법에 의한 테르밋재는 알루미늄 40∼60중량%와 구리 60∼40중량%로 이루어진 35∼80메쉬 CuAl
2 금속간 화합물과 산소 함량이 9∼11%인 산화구리로 이루어진다. 이 테르밋재에 사용되는 산화구리 분말은, 바람직하게 구리 분말에 전분을 첨가하여 저압 성형한 후 분쇄하고, 이를 300∼600℃에서 2∼5시간 산화시켜 제조한다. 상기 테르밋재에 혼합되는 구리/알루미늄 금속간 화합물과 산화구리의 조성 및 입도를 적절하게 조정하여 테르밋재의 용접성을 향상시킨다.

Abstract: The method is for reactor using single process that has both reaction and separation. A heteropoly acid synthesized by Tsigdinos method is H3PO12O14, H3PMo12O40, H3PMoxW12-xO40, H4SiW12O40. The thickness of polysulfone membrane is 0.266 mm. This is useful for production of ethylene by a gaseous dehydration reaction at below 15 deg.C.
