Abstract: Rolled copper foil and a manufacturing method are provided to produce thin copper foils by cold rolling and to prevent the copper foils from being bent or crumpled in coating the copper foil with plastic or polymer materials. The method for manufacturing rolled copper foil for an FCCL(Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) comprises the steps of: preparing copper/metal clad produced by cladding copper with other metal; reducing the thickness of the copper/metal clad by repeatedly rolling the copper/metal clad; coating the surface of the copper foil of the copper/metal clad with plastic or polymer materials; and removing the other metal. The other metal is repeatedly joined and rolled on the surface of the other metal of the rolled copper/metal clad. The other metal is aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
