The prevention relates to a composition for the prevention, alleviation or treatment of a Th2-mediated immune disease, the composition including, as an active ingredient, an extract of at least one natural substance selected from the group consisting of Zea mays, Boswellia carterii and Morus alba. According to the present invention, the extract of a natural substance has inhibitory effects against the generation of IL-4 and the degranulation of mast cells, and thus can prevent, alleviate or treat a Th2-mediated immune disease.

본 발명은 로타바이러스에 대한 백신효과를 유도하는 형질전환체 및 이를 포함하는 백신 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 로타바이러스 VP7 피막 단백질을 암호화하는 VP7 항원 유전자를 식물 등에 도입하여 제조되는 로타바이러스 VP7 항원 단백질을 생산하는 형질전환체; 상기 형질전환체를 제조하기 위한 발현벡터; 상기 형질전환체로부터 분리한 재조합 로타바이러스 VP7 항원 단백질; 상기 단백질 또는 상기 형질전환체를 유효성분으로 하는 로타바이러스 질병 치료 및 예방용 백신에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 로타바이러스 VP7 항원 단백질을 생산하는 형질전환체는 백신으로 사용하여 인체 내에 로타바이러스에 대한 항체 형성을 유도할 수 있어 로타바이러스 질병 발생을 예방할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 재조합 로타바이러스 VP7 항원 단백질의 생산 및 백신의 제조는 저렴한 비용으로 대량 생산이 가능하며, 쉽게 보관, 유지 및 이동을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 경구로 투여할 수 있어 주사접종의 불편함 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 장관 면역반응의 유도에 있어 뛰어난 효과를 갖는다.

The present invention relate to a method to reduce allergenicity of rice by treating protease selected from a group composed of alkalase, alkaline protease, and a combination thereof on grains. According to the present invention, by treating alkalase or alkaline protease; allergenicity of grains, especially rice, can be reduced up to 10^3. Accordingly, the present invention can significantly contribute to the prevention of allergic diseases by food causing food-allergies; especially by rice.

The present invention relates to a method for reducing allergenicity by treating the grains at 90-130°C of heat. The present invention provides a method to efficiently reduce allergenicity of the grains; especially for rice using heat-treatment. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce allergenicity of grains, especially rice up to 10^5 times and the content of protein maintains more than 50% of the grains before allergenicity reduction thereby providing grains where the nutrients are not depleted.
