Abstract: A detection kit of target bio material is provided to make the movement of peak position on the reflection/transmission spectrum enlarge and accurately measure with a small amount of sample. A kit for detecting a target bio material comprises: a grating layer on a substrate, a resonance reflection light filter; and a nanocomposite containing nanoparticle and linker. A method for detecting the target bio material comprises; a step of providing the resonance reflection light filter; a step of contacting a trapping layer of resonance reflection light filter with sample containing target bio material; and a step of contacting the nanocomposite containing a nanoparticle and linker with the target bio material.

Abstract: A silicon biosensor for detecting a bio material is provided to easily integrate with a silicon element without separate light source and optical system. A silicon biosensor comprises a light source(110); a light detector(120) which generates light current; and a light fiber(140) which transfer light from the light source to the light detector. The light source comprises a hole doping layer(111) which is formed on the surface of upper side of the silicon substrate; a light emitting layer(112) which is formed on the surface of upper side of the hole doping layer; and electron doping layer(113) which is formed on the surface of upper side of the light emitting layer. The light detector comprises a hole doping layer(121); a thin film layer(122); and an electron doping layer(123).
