Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless resource assignment method of a mobile communication system is provided to improve the service quality of a terminal by improving resource usage efficiency in an overlapped cell environment. Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission power control method for controlling the interference of a femto cell is provided to effectively control the transmission power of femto cells in heterogeneous network environment. CONSTITUTION: The transmission power of femto cells is established as an initial transmission power(S210). Simultaneous inequalities are established between an SIR(Signal to Interference Ratio) respectively received by user terminals and an SIR satisfied with service requirements of each terminal(S220). When all inequalities are satisfied, currently controlled transmission power is maintained(S230,S240). The transmission power control of the femto cells is stopped.

Abstract: 주파수 분할 다중화 기법을 사용하는 이동통신 시스템에서의 셀간 간섭 제어를 수행하는 무선 자원 관리 방법에 관한 것으로, 사용자 단말로부터 수신되는 정보에 기반하여 셀간 간섭이 발생했는지 여부를 판단하여, 셀간 간섭이 발생한 사용자 단말로 인접 셀과 구분되도록 해당 셀의 경계부에서 독점적으로 사용되게 설정된 주파수 대역의 자원을 할당하는 무선 자원 관리 방법에 의해 시스템 운영상 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 셀 내의 지역에 따른 무조건적인 자원 할당 방법이 아닌 간섭을 발생시키는 셀을 인식하는 것이 가능하여, 그 셀만 제어하는 방식을 통해 보다 효율적인 자원 운영이 가능하다는 이점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus of controlling interference between cells in a mobile communication network are provided to efficiently prevent inter-cell interference. CONSTITUTION: A district division unit(510) divides one district into at plural districts based on the distance from the center of each cell and the density distribution of terminals placed in each cell. Abstract: A method for controlling interference between cells of a terminal in a wireless communications system for the uplink non real-time data transmission is provided to improve system throughput by distributing RoT(Rise of Thermal) in a divided cell by RoT which restricts the number of users receiving the service. RoT value is allocated by the divided area(S330). A data service supplies an outmost area according to the allocated RoT in a remaining area(S340). The RoR(Received power over ROT) of the received signal strength indication calculates the terminal of each outer-most region and the roT value allocated to the outer-most region(S350). The region having maximum ROR is determined as the enclosure area(S360). If the system throughput reduces, the service is provided according to the allocated RoT(S390).
