    Abstract: PURPOSE: A reproducible electrochemical bio sensor and a reproducing method thereof are provided to reuse an electrochemical bio sensor by reproducing the electrochemical bio sensor while maintaining high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical bio sensor(100) includes a substrate(101), an electrode(102) formed on the substrate(101), and a bio material detecting layer(110). The substrate(101) includes silicon or glass. The electrode(102) is formed on the substrate(101) through a sputtering process or an evaporation process. The bio material detecting layer(110) includes a high polymer self-assembly single molecule layer(103). The bio material detecting layer(110) is spaced from a surface of the substrate(101) within a few nano meters. The high polymer self-assembly single molecule layer(103) is reacted with a binder(104) so that the binder(104) is immobilized into the high polymer self-assembly single molecule layer(103), thereby forming the bio material detecting layer(110).

    Abstract: An electrochemical immunosensor including a biological sensor layer with an antigen or a ligand residue immobilized thereon, and a biochemical analyte detection kit and method for electrochemically signaling a biological reaction occurring in the biological sensor layer are provided. The electrochemical immunosensor includes a substrate, an electrode or an electrode array formed on the substrate, and a biological sensor layer formed on the electrode or the electrode array and including a polymeric dendrimer monolayer with an antigen or a ligand residue immobilized on the surface thereof. The biological sensor layer further includes an adhesive layer for biomolecular immobilization between the electrode and the polymeric dendrimer monolayer.
