Abstract:
PURPOSE: A phase and frequency detector for a high speed phase locked loop is provided to shorten the reset path necessary to descend a terminal output to a low state, thereby minimizing noises affecting the high speed phase locked loop and at the same time, improving an operating frequency. CONSTITUTION: A phase and frequency detector for detecting a phase and frequency difference between a basic signal applied to a high speed phase locked loop and an oscillation signal oscillated from the loop. The detector includes a first latch means (410), which latches a basic signal and outputs it to a first output terminal, and a second latch means (420), which latches an oscillation signal and outputs it to a second output terminal. An input signal intercepting means (430) receives the basic signal and the oscillation signal and when the first and second latch means are in a reset state, prevents the basic and oscillation signals, a signal level of which is presently in change, from being outputted. A reset signal generation means (440) generates a reset signal by receiving the basic signal and the oscillation signal. The first latch means (410) and the second latch means (420) are reset by a first reset means (450) and a second reset means (460), respectively, in accordance with the reset signal.

The present invention relates to a protection switching method and a device for the same. In a network having a plurality of protection paths for one working path between a first node and a second node, each node determines priority corresponding to the order of the protection paths to use in protection switching. Moreover, each node exchanges information on the priority of the protection paths.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for protection switching. According to one embodiment of the present invention, with the method, protection switching can be smoothly processed while a traffic path mismatch during the protection switching can be prevented when linear protection switching is performed using a protection state coordination message in a packet network or a packet transport network, and a forced switching command, which is a passive command, and a signal failure of a protection path occur at both end nodes respectively. 복수의 종단간 선형 보호 도메인의 보호 자원이 공유되어 있는 공유 노드의 보호 절체 방법이 제공된다. 공유 노드는 제1 종단간 선형 보호 도메인의 제1 노드로부터 보호 절체 이벤트가 발생했음을 나타내는 제1 보호 절체 이벤트 메시지를 수신하고, 제1 종단간 선형 보호 도메인과 제2 종단간 선형 보호 도메인의 보호 절체 우선 순위를 비교하여서 제2 종단간 선형 보호 도메인의 보호 절체 제한을 결정한다.

이더넷 링 망에서의 강제 보호 절체 방법 및 그 해제 방법이 개시된다. 운용 유지 보수 차원에서 특정 노드의 포트를 차단할 필요가 있는 경우, 운용자는 그 특정 노드에게 강제 절체 명령을 내려 포트를 차단하며, 강제 절체를 해제하고자 하는 경우에는 다시 그 특정 노드에 해제 명령을 내려 차단 포트를 해제하여, 망 운용의 유연성을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A method and device for insulating a sharing mesh protection are provided to protect a linear protective domain between ends with a high priority even if a network resource is limited fro a protection path. CONSTITUTION: A first protection switching event message expressing that a protection switching event is generated from a first node of a first linear protection domain between ends is received(S210). By comparing the protection switching priority of the first linear protection domain between ends and a second linear protection domain between ends, the protection switching limit of the second linear protection domain between ends is determined(S220). If a priority of a protection switching of the second linear protection domain between ends is lower than a protection switching priority of the first linear protection domain between ends(S230), the first protection locking message requesting a protective switching limit transmits a second node of the second linear protection domain between ends(S240).
