Abstract: This is a new polyarylate resin which has godd physical properties such as heat resistance, mechanical strength, flame retardant, and weather resistance, good solubility, and enhanced melting workability. This polyarylate of formula (I) is made by interface polycondensation of aromatic dicarboxylic acid and bisphenol A. The using aromatic dicarboxylic acid is selected from 2- trimethylsillylterephthaloyl chloride, 5-trimethylsillylisophthaloyl chloride, terephthaloyl chloride, or isophthaloyl chloride.

Abstract: 본 발명은 고성능 폴리프로필린계 수지 혼합물의 발포체를 제조하기 위한 예비 발포입자와, 이러한 입자로 성형한 최종 성형체 및 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 방법은 분산매로 물을, 분산제로는 탈크를 사용하고 발포제로서는 액화석유가스 또는 액화석유가스와 디클로로디플오로메탄의 혼합물을 사용하여 폴리프로필렌계 수지와 폴리올레핀계 이온성 고분자로 이루어진 고분자 혼합물을 예비발포시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 종래에 비해 공해문제가 없어지고 또한 훨씬 저렴한 제조비용으로도 입자 상호간의 융착, 내발포, 저발포가 없는 균일한 비드 형태의 예비발포입자를 제조할수 잇으며, 인장 및 압축강도가 매우 우수한 최종성형 발포체를 얻을 수 있다.

Abstract: The phosphoric acid based cholate resin of formula (I) or (II) for an absorbing uranium ion is prepared by the steps of: suspension copolymerization of styrene, divinyl benzene and bis-(2-chloroethyl)vinyl phosphonate at 40-100 deg.C for 2-50 hrs.; hydrolysis at 40-130 deg.C for 1-60 hrs. to obtain the copolymer resin; reacting phosphoric trichloride with phenyl gp. or chloroalkyl gp. connected with the phenyl gp. of branched chain in the copolymer at 40-100 deg.C for 2-50 hrs.; hydrolysis and oxydation, at the same time, at 40-130 deg.C for 1-60 hrs.

Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a polyether sulfone resin to increase purity and viscosity, to improve polymerization velocity and to lower polymerization temperature. A method comprises the steps of dissolving a dialkali metal salt of a divalent phenol compound and a dihalogenodiphenyl sulfone in an organic solvent; and polymerizing the dialkali metal salt and the dihalogenodiphenyl sulfone to prepare a polyether sulfone resin, wherein the organic solvent is an aprotic polar organic solvent having a boiling point of 200-280 deg.C, and the polymerization is carried out by applying the microwave at a temperature of 180-230 deg.C. Preferably the microwave has a frequency of 900 MHz - 2.15 GHz.
