Abstract: 본 발명은 공압 현가장치에 관한 것으로서, 차축측 또는 차체측에 연결되는 실린더(12)와, 차량의 진동에 따라 상기 실린더(12)의 내부에서 왕복운동하는 피스톤(14)과, 상기 피스톤(14)에 연결되어 상기 실린더(12)의 외부로 돌출된 피스톤 로드(16)를 구비한 현가장치에 있어서, 충격을 흡수하도록 상기 실린더(12)의 내부에 장착된 주 스프링(18)과, 상기 피스톤(14)의 위치 및 변화량을 감지하는 감지수단(20)과, 상기 피스톤(14)의 상부 공간으로 공기를 공급하도록 공기펌프(52)에 연결된 공기 노즐(32)과, 상기 피스톤(14)의 상부 공간과 하부 공간의 공기를 유통시키도록 실린더(12)의 상단과 하단을 연결하는 공기 유로(34)와, 상기 공기 유로(34)를 개폐하는 솔레노이드 밸브(36) 및, 상기 감지수단(20)에서 감지된 피스톤(14)의 위치 및 변화량에 따라 상기 공기펌프(52 )의 작동을 제어하여 상기 공기 노즐(32)을 통해 피스톤(14)의 상부 공간으로 공기를 유입시키고, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브(36)의 작동을 제어하여 상기 공기 유로(34)를 통해 피스톤(14)의 상부 공간과 하부 공간 사이의 공기를 유통시키는 CPU(50)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 공기 압력을 선형적으로 변화시키면서 조정함으로써 충격없이 댐퍼역활을 수행할 수 있고, 스프링을 실린더의 내부에 설치하여 외부공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A connecting device of a knuckle and a shock absorber is provided to combine the knuckle with the shock absorber conveniently by mounting the lower part of the shock absorber in the knuckle and inserting the connecting member between the lower part of the shock absorber and the upper part of the shock absorber. A connecting device of a knuckle(11) and a shock absorber(13) is composed of a lower part(15) of the shock absorber fixed and installed to the side of the knuckle, an upper part(17) of the shock absorber detachably combined with the lower part of the shock absorber, and a connecting member(19) connecting the lower part of the shock absorber to the upper part of the shock absorber.
