The present invention is characterized in comprising the steps of: a linked point extracting step of extracting at least one linked point for a passenger face from an image signal captured by a camera; a distance ratio information extracting step of calculating a distance ratio among extracted linked points; a linked point information storing/managing step of consistently updating, storing and managing effective information among information extracted in the distance ratio information extracting step in a memory; a missed linked point acknowledging step of comparing the information calculated in the distance ratio information extracting step with the information stored in the memory and acknowledging whether some missing errors exist in the linked point information extracted in the linked point extracting step based on the compared result; a missed linked point estimating step of, when missed linked point information is acknowledged from the missed linked point acknowledging step, reading the distance ratio information between the missed linked point and an associated linked point from the memory, and calculating position information of the missed linked point from the positions of the associated linked points based on the read information; and a linked point restoring step of restoring a series of linked point information including the missed linked point based on the calculated linked point position information.
