The camera films an image of the passenger and recognizes movement of the passenger. Abstract: PURPOSE: A window and a sunroof opening device are provided to allow a driver to operate the device to a desired position by knocking or lifting the window and a sunroof. CONSTITUTION: A window and a sunroof opening device comprises a window or a sunroof(2), a vibration sensor(3), a touch panel(4), a vibration and touch recognition unit(5), an actuator(6), and a control unit(7). The vibration sensor is installed on one side of a sunroof frame and senses impact applied to the sunroof. The touch panel is attached to an indoor side surface of the sunroof and senses a contact position and a contact direction of a driver. The vibration and touch recognition unit is connected to the touch panel and the vibration sensor and receives the detected vibration or gesture signals. The received vibration and the gesture signals are compared with predetermined vibration and gesture signal data so that coincidence is determined.
