    Abstract: PURPOSE: A molten metal injection apparatus for preventing mixing of oxide is provided to prevent oxide from introducing in molten metal injection cup and minimize entrapment of air into molten metal according to flow of molten metal by adhering oxide removing ceramic filter to the molten metal injection cup and installing filter exchange unit. CONSTITUTION: In a molten metal injection apparatus vertically operated and equipped with injection cup(20) for receiving molten metal, the molten metal injection apparatus for preventing mixing of oxide is characterized in that the injection cup(20) comprises a molten metal inflow hole formed on the front side of the injection cup(20), and a ceramic filter(30) through which molten metal passes so that the molten metal is filtered, wherein the entrance of an upper part of the injection cup(20) is positioned at a higher elevation than the elevation level of the molten metal, wherein the injection cup(20) comprises a filter exchange unit comprising a control part(40) for outputting signals of the injection cup(20) as control signals when the injection cup(20) turns back to the initial position after injecting the molten metal into mold; a hydraulic pressure generation part(50) for generating hydraulic pressure by the control signals of the control part(40); and a robot arm(61) of filter exchange part(60) for exchanging the ceramic filter(30) by hydraulic pressure generated from the hydraulic pressure generation part(50).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat treatment method of heat resistance and fatigue resistance improved material for cylinder heads is provided to obtain the optimum physical properties of a heat resistance and fatigue resistance improved composition for diesel and gasoline aluminum cylinder heads. CONSTITUTION: In a method for heat treating a composition for diesel and gasoline aluminum cylinder heads comprising 6.5 to 7.5 wt.% of Si, 0.35 to 0.55 wt.% of Mg, 0.03 to 0.1 wt.% of Mn, 0.02 to 0.2 wt.% of Ti, 0.008 to 0.02 wt.% of Sr, 0.2 wt.% or less of Fe, 0.2 wt.% or less of Cu, 0.1 wt.% or less of Zn, 0.05 wt.% or less of Ni, 0.05 wt.% or less of Sn, 0.5 wt.% or less of Cr and 0.05 wt.% or less of Pb, the heat treatment method of heat resistance and fatigue resistance improved material for cylinder heads comprises the steps of proceeding solution treatment at a temperature of 535±3 deg.C for 6 hours±30 minutes; proceeding quenching at temperature of 80±10 deg.C; and proceeding aging at a temperature of 180±3 deg.C for 6 hours±30 minutes.
