    Abstract: PURPOSE: A speed changing control method of a five-speed automatic transmission is provided to avoid resonance by differentiating vibration range of a clutch and a vehicle body and to change speed not by a clutch to clutch but by a clutch to one-way clutch for a slow kick-down. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle of a five-speed automatic transmission, a forward one-speed gear level controls a first clutch as a connecting element. A forward two-speed gear lever controls the first clutch and a third clutch as the connecting element. A forward three-speed gear level controls the first clutch, a second brake and the third clutch as the connecting element. A forward four-speed gear level controls the second brake as a release element and controls the first clutch, the second clutch and the third clutch as the connecting element. A forward five-speed gear level controls the first clutch as the release element and controls the second clutch, the second brake and the third clutch as the connecting element. Thereby, resonance is avoided by differentiating vibration ranges of the clutch and a vehicle body. Therein, abnormal vibration and changing speed shock are prevented.

If the turbine change ratio is smaller than the reference value, an output rpm is compared to a reference value(S130). If the output rpm is lower than the reference value, a duty control signal is outputted to a drive unit(S140). If the torque is less than the reference value or the same, the turbine change ratio is larger than the reference value or the same, or the output shaft rpm is over the reference value or the same, the turbine speed is controlled and the 2-1 downshift is inhibited(S200).

CONSTITUTION: A vehicle travel state sensing unit(10) senses the signals outputted from an atmospheric pressure sensor(11), a throttle valve opening degree sensor(120), a vehicle speed sensor(13), a speed range sensor(14), a turbine rpm sensor(15), an engine rpm sensor(16), and a kick-down switch(18) and outputs corresponding electrical signals. An engine control unit(20) decides the travel state on a hill and outputs a corresponding control signal. A transmission control unit(30) outputs a control signal by applying a target turbine change ratio map corrected depending on the reduced target turbine change ratio in kick-down shifting on the hill and outputs a transmission control signal corresponding to the kick-down shifting after reducing the turbine change ratio and correcting a power on/off deciding condition. A drive unit(40) performs kick-down shifting with response to the kick-down shifting control signal.

According to the value on/off driving control signal, a second brake solenoid valve is turned on to unengaged the second speed gear ratio. Therefore, the torque change of the output shaft is minimized.

CONSTITUTION: A driving state sensing member(10) receives signals variable by the driving state of the automobile, and outputs a corresponding electrical signal. A control member(20) receives the outputted signal of the driving state sensing member(10). If a transmission control signal while forward-moving first speed transmission during a rear moving is outputted, the control member(20) feedback controls a turbine rotation changing rate to converge to an object turbine rotation changing rate. When the rotation change of the turbine changes from a forward direction to a backward direction by an increase of a corresponding torque of the connecting side, the turbine rotation change rate is multiplied with a minus value after the turbine rotation change rate changes from a minus value to a plus value to feedback control the connection side clutch. A driving member(30) connects the connection side clutch according to a duty control signal outputted by the control member(20).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A controlling method of an automatic transmission controls a release side friction factor with a lower hydraulic pressure in a power on up shift speed change in a running car. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of an automatic transmission comprises 5 sections. The first section outputs a power on up shift duty controlling signal, if a power on up shift speed change controlling signal in running car is approved. The second section compares and judges that the number of a turbine rotation detected according to the power on up shift duty controlling signal outputted at the first section. The third section controls a duty with an open roof until a turbine variation ratio diminishes than zero. The fourth section controls a feedback duty. The fifth section finishes a feedback duty control and a duty control if the turbine variation ratio is zero. Therefore, the controlling method of an automatic transmission prevents a run-up shock, thereby increasing a riding sense.
