Abstract: PURPOSE: A controlling system for prevention of rapid start of a vehicle is provided to prevent rapid start and wrong operation of an accelerator pedal through controlling injection amount of fuel and engine RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) in case of stepped state of the accelerator pedal while not stepping on the pedal. CONSTITUTION: An engine controlling device is formed by comparators(COMP1,COMP2) comparing input engine RPM and vehicle speed with reference values; an AND gate(AND1) AND operating the comparators; a logic switch(SW) selecting the engine RPM or the vehicle speed according to selected gear; a comparator(COMP3) comparing an input throttle position signal with a reference value; a comparator(COMP4) subtracting a present throttle position signal from a prior valve for comparing with a reference value; an AND gate(AND2) AND operating the comparing values; an AND gate(AND3) AND operating a brake switch and a dual brake switch value; an AND gate(AND4) AND operating the value from the AND gate and a switch signal; an AND gate(AND5) AND operating values from the gates(AND3,AND4); a timer(TM) counting time; a comparator(COMP5) comparing a counted time with a reference time; and a preventive logic of wrong operation in an accelerator pedal reducing the engine RPM and fuel injection amount according to output of the comparator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is provided to prevent vibration of the valve, to response in a short time, and to feed back precisely while reducing size. CONSTITUTION: An EGR valve contains a housing(20) having an inlet port(25) and an outlet port(26) for receiving and outputting exhaust gas; a piezo-ceramic member(21) formed by plural piezo-ceramic plates for supplying voltage to the housing; a needle valve installed at a lower portion of the piezo-ceramic member for being operated by a power apply apparatus(31) applying power to the piezo-ceramic member; and a leaf spring(22) installed between the needle valve and the piezo-ceramic member. Abstract: A method for starting an engine using a button is provided to allow the engine to stably start by optimizing cranking conditions using additional information on engine operation conditions. A method for starting an engine using a button comprises a step of monitoring RPM of the engine while a start motor for starting the engine operates if an engine start button is pressed. When a first condition is satisfied, in which the monitored RPM of the engine exceeds a target value of crank RPM calculated based on information on engine operation conditions, and a second condition is satisfied, in which the RPM of the engine exceeds the target value of the crank RPM for a predetermined time, it is determined that the engine is ignited and the start motor is stopped. Abstract: A device for warning damage of a turbo-charger is provided to allow a worker to check damage of the turbo-charger by storing a turbo-charger damage code in a memory. A device for warning damage of a turbo-charger comprises an engine start judging unit(10), a sudden acceleration judging unit(20), a frequency judging unit(30), a warning lamp unit(40), and an error code storing unit(50).
