Abstract: A washer liquid heating apparatus in a vehicle is provided to maintain temperature uniformly at a heating unit to heat a washer liquid and prevent a pre-spray phenomenon of a spray nozzle. A washer liquid heating apparatus in a vehicle includes a body housing(100), a heating unit(200), a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) unit(300), and a manifold assembly unit(400). The heating unit has a heating chamber(210) inserted into the body housing, a pair of heating devices(230) prepared inside of the heating chamber, and a heat transfer supporting body(220) surrounding the pair of heating devices in a longitudinal direction to support the heating devices. The PCB unit has the body housing mounted one side thereof and a temperature sensor(310) to maintain a washer liquid inside of the heating chamber uniformly. The manifold assembly unit has an inlet(410) to inject the washer liquid into the heating chamber and an outlet(420) to discharge the washer liquid heated by the heating device to a spray nozzle.

Abstract: A fire preventing structure of a washer liquid heating apparatus for a vehicle is provided to function as a thermal operation fuse by connecting a negative terminal of a heater by interposing an insulation body. In a water liquid heating apparatus for a vehicle, a main circuit board, a heating chamber(30), and a manifold are installed in the interior of a housing. A connecting sleeve(32) is formed on the heating chamber. A negative terminal(31) of a heater(35) is soldered by interposing an insulation body(33) in the connecting sleeve. The insulation body inserted into the connecting sleeve functions as a thermal operation fuse. The negative terminal is separated from the heater even when a unit is overheated.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A displaying device and a method of a gear stage in a vehicle of a manual transmission is provided to sense and show the gear stage at present by detecting an RPM(Revolution Per Minute) with a differential case without additional components. CONSTITUTION: A displaying device comprises a detecting device(100)for an operation of a vehicle, an engine control device(200), a displaying device(300) of a gear stage. The detecting device for the operation of the vehicle detects variable RPM(Revolution Per Minute), revolution of a differential, a condition of an astern lamp switch and a clutch pedal. The engine control device outputs a control signal to display the gear stage at present by the condition of the switch of the clutch pedal, the RPM and revolution of the differential after receiving information form the detecting device for the operation of the vehicle. The displaying device of the gear stage is synchronized by the control signal of the engine control device to display the gear stage at present for a driver. Thereby, traveling stability is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wrong operation preventing method of a rear wiper for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability of the electric circuit by lowering dark current with modifying the microcomputer power method of an ETACS(Electronic Time Alarm Control System), and to prevent wrong operation of the rear wiper by decreasing remaining voltage in the start end with modifying the internal resistance of the ETACS and the rear wiper controller. CONSTITUTION: An ETACS controls a washer motor to be turned on and off, and a rear wiper controller detects the washer motor to be turned on and off. The microcomputer power of the ETACS of 5V is supplied for 30 seconds in stopping an engine, and voltage is not supplied in 30 seconds to lower dark current. The internal resistance of the ETACS is increased, and the internal resistance of the rear wiper controller is decreased to lower remaining voltage of the start end. Thus, wrong detection of the rear wiper controller is prevented. The internal resistance of the ETACS is 3.3 K ohm, and the internal resistance of the rear wiper controller is 820 ohm. The remaining voltage of the start end is about 1.6V.

The pressure device controls an operation of the multiple disc clutch electrically. An inner race gear portion of the housing has clutch plates(26). A piston(30) of the hub shaft generates friction force by contacting the clutch plate and the friction member. A pressure member(32) pushes the piston from behind. Thereby, power is transmitted to a rear wheel by friction between the clutch plate and the friction member. An electronic control unit controls the rotary coupling electrically. Therein, a 4WD is operated effectively.
