Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an image display device having a wide angle of view, excellent picture quality and little asymmetrical distortion aberration caused by the eccentricity of an observation optical system by allowing the observation optical system to have at least a concave reflecting surface and a convex reflecting surface in order from the pupil side of an observer. CONSTITUTION:An image displayed on a picture display means 11 forms an intermediate image-formation surface 17 as an aerial image by a relay optical system 12. A luminous flux from the image-formation surface 17 is reflected in a divergent state on the convex reflecting surface 13 and guided to the reflecting surface 14. The luminous flux from the reflecting surface 13 is condensed by the concave reflecting surface 14 and guided to an eye point 15. Namely, the reflecting surfaces 13 and 14 function as an ocular optical system. The reflecting surface 14 is arranged in an eccentric state with reference to the optical axis of the pupil of the observer. As for various kinds of eccentric aberration other than chromatic aberration caused by decentering the reflecting surface 14, the reflecting surface 13 is allowed to have correcting ability by decentering the reflecting surface 13.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow an ordinary home to easily manage a still picture such as a photograph and to provide an output of a magnified picture freely by forming the device such that a storage medium is arranged in a case whose size is suitable for the home use, lots of still picture data are stored therein, the stored data are converted into video signals and the video signals are displayed on a home use TV monitor on which the picture is viewed with magnification. CONSTITUTION:The electronic album device 1 and its peripheral equipment or the like are installed at a film development labo shop, and a home use electronic album device, a TV monitor 18 and a remote switch 14 shown by broken lines 21 in Figure are employed for each ordinary home. A magneto-optical disk of a magneto-optical disk memory recording and reproducing device 16 is loaded or ejected to/from an insertion port of the device 1. Furthermore, a structure of directories and number of picture files to be recorded or the like are set in advance and they are identified by the device 1. The operations executed by the home use electronic album device are, e.g. reproduction of a still picture, delete of picture files and copy of picture files or the like.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To observe display image information while keeping the body of an observer safe by selectively viewing display image information which is displayed and image information on an exterior scene, etc., corresponding to changes in circumferential environment state. CONSTITUTION:An image signal and a sound signal generated by an image source 5 enters a controller 6 through a signal line 17. Further, luminous flux including image information from an LCD 8L lighted by a back light source 7L is converged by an ocular 9L and made incident on the left eye 1L of the observer. With the luminous flux including the image information from the LCD 8L which is made incident on the left eye 1L, the observer views the image information displayed on the LCD 8L as a virtual image enlarged on a virtual image surface 3 which is, for example, 1(m) in front of the observer. In this case, when the output signals from an acceleration sensor 11, an optical sensor 13, a sound collecting microphone 14L, etc., match previously set judgement reference values. the observer automatically quits viewing the image information from the image source 5 and views the scene.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To partially display a moving picture according to the direction of the face of an observer by cutting, extracting, and displaying a necessary display image signal in an original image signal wider than the visual field range of an optical means which display images independently to the right and left eyes. CONSTITUTION:The image signal of an area specified by a display area specification part 5 is extracted by a scanning line selection and extraction part 6 and an in-scanning-line information area selection and extraction part 7 and supplied to an image display element control and driving part 8, and image display optical parts 4 for the right and left eyes are driven to display images on a display screen. The original image signal of a quadrangle consists of the sequential scanning signal of a scanning line 9 and the scanning line selection and extraction part 6 outputs only a scanning line signal in an image display range so as to display a partial area 3 of the original image signal. The in-scanning- line information area selection part 7 extracts a signal in a period which is DELTAt-DELTAt' later from the synchronizing signal in the signal of the scanning line 9 and sends it to the image display element control and driving part 8, and the image display optical parts 4 are driven on the basis of the extracted signal to display the partial area 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a line means and to prevent a set place from being restricted by displaying image information and/or character information stored in a storage means according to control information stored in the storage means. CONSTITUTION:The image information, the character information and the control information to be displayed are stored in a rewritable optical disk device (memory part) 106. A control part 101 controls the display mode of a display part 104 by transmitting a control code to the display part 104 based on the control information stored in the optical disk device 106. Then, the image information and the character information are displayed on the display means 104 according to the control information. By providing a commutative large-capacity memory such as the optical disk 106 and one-dimensionally controlling the input/output and the display of the information by one control part 101, stand- alone action is accomplished.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform high-density recording by applying an external magnetic field in the constant direction in the same direction as the magnetizing direction with in the data magnetic domain, which is recorded on a data track, on a recording medium when the data are regenerated. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 1 applies a bias magnetic field which is modulated in response to recorded data in recording with a driving circuit. At the time of regeneration, a constant magnetic field H which is weaker than the bias magnetic field is applied in the constant direction. The regeneration of the data is performed under the state wherein the optical intensity of a semiconductor laser is lowered to regenerating power and the magnetic field H in the constant direction is applied on a magnetooptic disk 2 from the magnetic head 1. Under this state, regenerating luminous flux is emitted on the data track as a spot from the semiconductor laser 7. Therefore, the regenerating magnetic field H applied from the magnetic head 1 is overlapped with the magnetization in a data magnetic domain and intensified to each other. Therefore, the magnetic field acts so as to widen the magnitude of the data magnetization. Thus, the ratio of the occuping area of the magnetic domain with respect to the optical spot is increased, the S/N of the regenerated signal can be improved, the limit of the regenerating density can be allevaited and the recording density can be further increased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate hourly loss by driving both a spool and a sprocket when film is loaded and switching only the spool to driving afterwards. CONSTITUTION:A film winding transmission system is divided into a route for the spool 52 and that for the sprocket 58. The route for the sprocket 58 is provided with planetary clutches 40 and 46, and a holding mechanism 60 holding a planetary lever 44 when it slightly rocks in the non-engagement direction. The unidirectional rotation of a motor M1 enables a sprocket-free state, and the reverse rotation of the motor M1 can drive other mechanical driving transmission systems. Thus, hourly loss is eliminated, and film winding is accelerated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To speed up frame feeding and to improve efficiency in a single-lens reflex camera of a preliminary rewinding type by permitting one motor to drive a mirror and to wind and rewind film. CONSTITUTION:A double-spindle motor M1 is arranged between a movable mirror 134 and a film cassette housing position and in parallel with a rewinding fork 106a. A transmission route, from the driving and transmitting system of the movable mirror 134 which has to be driven in photographing by using an output spindle 100 nearer the fork 106a as a driving source to a film rewinding transmission system, is shortened. The film winding transmission system individually employs an output spindle 20 farther the rewinding fork 106a as a driving source. Thus, the driving efficiency of the movable mirror, and frame feeding is accelerated substantially. Since only one double-spindle motor is used, cost can be reduced and miniaturization is accomplished.
