    Abstract: A multiple exposure device for a camera is arranged to permit one and the same frame portion of film to be exposed to light a plurality of times. In taking a multi-exposed photograph, the device displays a multi-exposure mode; permits a manual resetting operation on the multi-exposure mode for improved operability of the camera; and computes the degree of exposure to be effected at each step of the multiple exposure to ensure an appositely exposed state of the film frame on which the multiple exposure operation is performed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the exposure compensation information forming apparatus for a camera, particularly for forming the aperture and the totally opened aperture value information. Until now in order to compensate the totally opened aperture value contained in the output of the light measuring circuit and the aperture value the information setting means for the totally opened aperture value and that for the aperture value are provided, whereby both setting means are mechanically engaged with each other so as to form the totally opened aperture and the aperture information. Thus, the engaging mechanism of both of the above means is complicated, which is inconvenient. The present invention provides an exposure compensation information forming apparatus by means of which the aperture information can be composed from the totally opened aperture with a very simple circuit composition so as to overcome the above disadvantage.

    Abstract: In the automatic exposure control camera disclosed, a memory has data stored therein on the basis of the object brightness and is periodically reset by a reset device to obtain new brightness data, while an exposure control controls exposure on the basis of the data. A signal device ordinarily produces a first signal but locks into a second signal after an external operation. A gate arrangement between the memory and the reset device passes reset signals to the memory, but responds to the second signal to inhibit the reset so as to latch the content of the memory.

    Abstract: A safety device for preventing non exposure of film in a camera having a count switch which is normally closed prior to shutter release operation, the switch being opened after the shutter release operation begins to enable a timing circuit to start operating. In a preferred embodiment, the device includes a NOR gate having an input connected to one side of the count switch, and its output connected to the set terminal of a flip-flop which enables the shutter release operation. Another input of the NOR gate is connected to a differentiation circuit which provides an output signal when the shutter release button on the camera is actuated. This circuit arrangement operates so that the flip-flop is not set if the count switch is accidently in an open state when the release button is actuated. The shutter release operation is thereby prevented until the count switch is restored to working order.
