Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice of high degree of transparency, in an automatic ice- making machine for a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The automatic ice-making machine 10 is equipped with an ice-making tray 13 which is axially supported rotatably, with an upper side opened and is sectioned into a plurality of small chambers inside by a central partitioning part 47 in the direction of the axis of rotation, a feed water pump which feeds water to the ice-making tray 13 through one feed water pipe and a driving device 11, which rotates the ice-making tray 13 to invert it vertically for release of ice, after an ice-making process in the tray 13 is ended. The central partitioning part 47 is provided with a notch groove and the feed water pump feeds water to the tray 13, divided into portions for a plurality number times, while the driving device 11 swings the tray 13, so that the water may flow through the notch groove, until the water fed to the tray 13 is frozen after the start of water feeding to the tray 13 by the feed water pump.

SOLUTION: The boiling time of immersion liquid type materials 51b of such as beans can be drastically reduced by cooking the material with the processing of causing cytoclasis with the repeated slow freezing and thawing of the immersion liquid materials 51b after the immersion of the dry matters such as dried beans at a predetermined temperature and for a predetermined time reducing the long immersing time.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the evaporation of vegetable, etc., by operating a refrigerator, setting the temperature within a refrigerator to not less than the freezing point of stored goods to be kept cool and, for the food material containing water, in the cold storage temperature range of 0 deg.C or over, at normality on one hand, and operating it in the overcooling temperature band of the freezing point temperature or under of the goods to be kept cool for a specified time at the time of overcooling operation on the other. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is provided with temperature detecting mechanisms 79 and 81, respectively, within a refrigerator 23 and a freezer 25, and the number of revolutions of a capacity-variable compressor 69 is set, according to one temperature range within the refrigerator 23 and the freezer 25, in line with the output and the set temperature. Moreover, the temperature within the refrigerator 23 and the freezer 25 is adjusted by controlling the number of revolutions of each chill circulating fan 35 and 55, according to the output of each in-storage temperature detecting mechanism 79 and 81. That is, at normality, it is operated in a cold storage temperature range of not less than the freezing point of the goods to be kept cool, and, for the food containing water, not less than 0 deg.C, concerning the set temperature within the refrigerator 23, on one hand, and at overcooling operation, it is operated in a overcooling temperature range of not more than the freezing point of the goods to be kept cool for a specified time, thereby enabling the goods to be kept cool enough to be stored for a long period in fresh condition.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely decompose organic matters of low molecular weight, to achieve the sterilization and deodorization, and to prevent the pollution by introducing ozone generated in a water electrolysis cell in a water to be treated in a container, and achieving the strong oxidation through the stirring circulation by a mixing pump and an oxidation promoting catalyst. SOLUTION: A water 7 to be treated which is stored in a container 3 of a water storage tank 1 is circulated in a stirring manner by a mixing pump 9 through a water suction side 11, a water discharge side 12 and a high level container 13, ozone to be supplied from a water purifier 2 to the suction side 11 through an inlet pipe 27 is mixed, and organic matters are oxidized through decomposition and sterilization through an oxidation promoting catalyst 15 such as platinum. In the purifier 2, wet ozone which is pure and easy to dissolve is efficiently and safely generated at a low cost by electrolyzing deionized water obtained by passing a part of the water 7 to be treated through an ion exchange resin tower 18 by an electrolytic cell 20 provided with a solid electrolytic film and a gas diffusion electrode. The oxidation promoting catalyst 15 generates hydro-radicals to increase the oxidizing power.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize adverse effect on a lens and a human body by arranging a washing tank, an ion exchange film in an electrolytic liquid, positive and negative electrodes in the washing tank, an agitator of the electrolytic liquid and a communica tion means to mutually communicate partitioned two washing tanks after washing to accomplish washing and sterilization all of those staying in the washing tank at a single action. SOLUTION: Firstly, water 5 is poured into an ultrasonic water tank 6. An electrolytic liquid 3 and a contact lens 2 are placed into a washing tank 4 to set a washing sterilizer 1. At this time, the contact lens 2 is placed on the side of a negative electrode 18 and, upon the pressing in of an upper lid 7 integrated with a partition 9 having an ion exchange film 8 stuck thereon, the electrolytic liquid 3 is electrically energized. As a result, an alkali liquid is formed on the side of the negative electrode 18 and an acid liquid on the side of a positive electrode 22. The alkali liquid causes an ion reaction with isolated fatty acid in ocular fat adhering to the surface of the contact lens 2 to form soap so that residual neutral oil is emasified and decomposed and protein is dispersed and dissolved. After a specified time, as the upper lid pops out with a spring 17, the alkali liquid is mixed with the acid liquid to be the neutralized.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To safely and surely perform cleaning and sterilization through neutralizing an alkali solution by providing a device with an electrolytic solution, an ion exchange membrane, a partition wall, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an agitator and timers. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an electrolytic solution 3 in a cleaning tank 47 an ion exchange membrane 8 placed in the electrolytic solution 3, a partition wall 9 placed parallel to the membrane 8 so as to be movable in the solution 3; a positive electrode 22 and a negative electrode 18 disposed in two sections of the cleaning tank 4 respectively, into which the tank 4 is divided by the membrane 8 and the partition wall 9 and each of which contains one of the two portions of the divided solution 3; an agitator 26 for agitating the solution 3 by applying an ultrasonic wave or the like to the solution 3, a timer for controlling the period of time during which the partition wall is moved so as to communicate the both sections of the cleaning tank 4 with each other, a timer 19 for controlling the period of time during which current is allowed to pass through the solution 3 between the electrodes 22 and 18 and a timer for controlling the period of time during which the agitator 26 is operated. Accordingly, resins and proteins sticking to the surface of an object to be cleaned are removed from it in a short period with an alkali solution produced in the negative electrode side section of the cleaning tank 4 and further, by communicating both sections of the cleaning tank 4 with each other through moving the movable partition wall 9, various bacteria are destroyed and concurrently, the alkali solution is neutralized.
