Abstract: A vibrating compressor of the present invention, which comprises a piston driving section for driving a piston by supplying a piston driving force, a displacement detecting section connected in an axial direction of the piston, an upper dead point position detecting section for detecting an upper dead point position based on a piston position signal from the displacement detecting section, and a driving force control section for changing the driving force supplied to the piston by the piston driving section according to a difference between the upper dead point position and a preset upper dead point position reference value immediately after the upper dead point position detecting section detects the upper dead point position, prevents its compression efficiency from decreasing due to stabilization and prevents a device from being damaged. In the vibrating compressor, it is also possible to calculate a stroke based on a detected piston position or to control the driving force based on a detected frequency.

Abstract: A linear motor comprising prismatic inner yokes each constructed in a manner that a large number of sheets each having a generally rectangular configuration and having a high magnetic permeability are piled up each other and outer yokes each constructed in a manner that a number of sheets each having a generally rectangular configuration and having a high magnetic permeability are piled up each other. Each of coils is wound around a central portion of three magnetic pole portions of the outer yoke to alternately establish different magnetic poles along a direction of an axis of the linear motor. A surface of the outer yoke, holding the magnetic pole portions, is disposed in an opposed relation to the inner yoke to define a predetermined gap therebetween so that the inner yoke and the outer yoke form each of a plurality of yoke blocks. The yoke blocks are placed around the axis so that the sheet piling-up direction is perpendicular to a diametrical direction of a shaft. In addition, a moving element having a pair of permanent magnets magnetized radially so that their magnetizing directions are opposite to each other is movably located between the inner yoke and the outer yoke at a predetermined interval along the axis. This construction improves the motor efficiency and facilitates the manufacturing of the motor.

Abstract: A linear motor which improves a motor efficiency and is manufactured by a simplified manufacturing method, and which comprises a cylindrical movable unit (21) with the cross point of X- and Y-axes as its center axis, inner yokes (22) that are arranged inside the movable unit (21) with predetermined gaps in the radial directions of the movable unit (21) therebetween and composed of a number of approximately rectangular thin plates (23) layered in the X-axis direction, and outer yokes (24) that are arranged outside the movable unit (21) with predetermined gaps therebetween in the radial direction of the unit (21) and composed of a number of approximately rectangular thin plates (25) layered in the same direction as the layering direction of the thin plates (23) of the inner yokes (22). The movable unit (21) is composed of a pair of permanent magnets (33 and 34) magnetized in a direction from the inner yoke (22) side to the outer yoke (24) side. Therefore, the instability of the thrust of the linear motor can be avoided, the motor efficiency can be improved and the manufacturing method of the linear motor can be simplified.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice of high degree of transparency, in an automatic ice- making machine for a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The automatic ice-making machine 10 is equipped with an ice-making tray 13 which is axially supported rotatably, with an upper side opened and is sectioned into a plurality of small chambers inside by a central partitioning part 47 in the direction of the axis of rotation, a feed water pump which feeds water to the ice-making tray 13 through one feed water pipe and a driving device 11, which rotates the ice-making tray 13 to invert it vertically for release of ice, after an ice-making process in the tray 13 is ended. The central partitioning part 47 is provided with a notch groove and the feed water pump feeds water to the tray 13, divided into portions for a plurality number times, while the driving device 11 swings the tray 13, so that the water may flow through the notch groove, until the water fed to the tray 13 is frozen after the start of water feeding to the tray 13 by the feed water pump.

SOLUTION: The motor comprises a prism-shaped inner yoke 1 formed, by stacking a large number of thin plates 2 which are almost rectangular and high in permeability, toward a center axis 3, an outer yoke 4 formed by stacking a large number of thin plates 5 which are almost rectangular and high in permeability toward a center axis, and further more winding coils 12 around the central one of three magnetic poles so that different magnetic poles are formed alternately in an axial direction, a yoke block 10 formed by separating the outer yoke 4 from the inner yoke 1 by a specified void 9, an entire yoke 11 formed by combining a plurality of the yoke blocks 10 into an equilateral polygon, and a mover formed by placing a pair of flat plate-shaped permanent magnetized in the radial direction, in the void at specified intervals in the axial direction so that the direction of magnetization is alternately reversed. As a result, the motor efficiency is enhanced, and further more the manufacture of the motor is significantly simplified.

Therefore, an eddy current loss in an iron loss can be reduced and the motor efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency by providing pressure reducing means for alternately switching the dampers of chambers during operating of a compressor to vary the evaporating temperature of an evaporator at the time of cooling the chambers, and a variable condenser having variable number of revolutions and a variable cooler fan. SOLUTION: The cold storage damper 5a of a cold storage chamber 3 is opened, the pressure reducing amount of pressure reducing means is simultaneously switched, and the evaporating temperature of an evaporator 7 is raised to the vicinity of the cold storage temperature. Thus, the suction pressure is raised, the refrigerant circulating amount of a compressor 6 becomes twice to three times as compared with the evaporating temperature at the time of cooling a deep freezing chamber 2, and the freezing capacity is increased. The pressure reducing amount of the pressure reducing means is switched, and the number of revolutions of the variable condenser fan 16 of a condenser 12 and the variable cooler fan 17 of an evaporator 7 are simultaneously increased. The number of revolutions is increased to increase the heat exchanger capacities of the condenser 12 and evaporator 7, and the refrigerating capacity meeting the increased refrigerant circulating amount can be effectively drawn.
