Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a nitride layer easily as well as to improve the extent of abrasion resistance by constituting a vane, whose tip part is made elastically contact with a roller eccentrically rotating in a cylinder, in having a nitriding applied to steel or sintered alloy containing a specified quantity of C, Cr, and Mo, V both or one side, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A vane is made up of having a nitriding applied to steel or sintered alloy containing both of C: 0.5-1.6%, Cr: 1.5-10% and Mo: 0.2-1.2%, V: 0.2-1.2% or either side in terms of wt.%. A first layer 9 is formed in a surface layer part at the vane tip and a second layer 10 is formed in the lower part, and this first layer is of a compound layer using Fe-Cr-N, made up of having N acted on Fe, Cr of base material, as a chief ingredient, and it is of top high hardness, little in a friction factor and excellent in abrasion resistance. The second layer 10 uses Cr of a base metal 6 as a base material whereby a diffuse reaction of N is developed, and it is of structure that a third compound 11 is reticulated and molybdenum carbide of a first compound is dotted around. With this constitution, excellent abrasion resistance, less in wear in a roller or the like, is brought into full play.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient and low cost refrigeration cycle system by providing the system with a check valve between a vaporizer and a compressor and providing a rotary compressor with a permanent condenser type driving motor. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 9 is provided between a vaporizer 4 and a compressor 19 and a differential pressure valve 5 operated by the difference in a pressure between the check valve 6 and the rotary compressor 19 is provided between a capillary tube 3 and a condenser 2. The rotary compressor 19 is provided with a permanent condenser type driving motor 20. When the operation of the rotary compressor 19 is stopped, the check valve 6 is closed and an inner pressure is increased by the counterflow of a high pressure gas from the rotary compressor 19. A change in the pressure thus generated opens a differential pressure valve 5 and the heated high pressure gas is charged in the rotary compressor 19 and the condenser 2, the inflow of the gas to the capillary tube 3 and the vaporizer 4 being obstructed. Thus, a highly efficient and low cost refrigeration cycle system is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a fluid control valve which has simple structure and high reliability by a method wherein a first valve device is opened with a third valve device closed, and the third valve device has a third valve seat body to the end surface part of which annular rubber and a coating layer are formed. CONSTITUTION:A third valve device 9 is situated between first and second valve devices 6 and 7, and provided with a communicating hole 20 for intercom municating with the first and second valve devices and a support part 21 for supporting a spring 14. The third valve device is provided with a third valve seat body 22 opened and closed by means of a relief valve 13. A coating layer 23 of refrigerant resisting and oil resistant rubber is formed to the end surface on the first relief valve 13 of the third valve seat body 22. Since, during running of a rotary compressor 2, a high pressure circuit A is brought into a high pres sure state and a low pressure circuit B into a low pressure state, the first relief valve 13 is adsorbed to the third valve seat body 22 against the energizing force of a spring 14. A first inlet 10 of the first valve device 6 communicates with a first outlet 11, and a high pressure refrigerant is caused to continuously flow to a capillary tube 4 from a condenser 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a check valve by providing the check valve and a connecting tube, the one end of which is connected to a suction tube at a position between the check valve and the compression chamber and the other end of which is connected to out of the closed container, in the suction tube through which a suction gas is introduced into the compression chamber. CONSTITUTION:A motor not shown in the figure and a compression device rotated by the motor are stored in a closed container 1. A cylinder 5 forming a compression chamber, main and auxiliary bearings 6 and 7 attached closely on both surfaces of the cylinder 5, and a suction tube 13 through which suction gas is introduced into the compression chamber are at least provided in the compression device. In this case, a check valve B is provided in the suction tube 13. A connecting tube 40, the one end of which is connected to the suction tube at a position between the check valve B and the compression chamber and the other end of which is connected to out of the closed container 1, is also provided. Thus, the check valve B can be provided inside the compressor main body to reduce a volume of space formed between the check valve B and the compression chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce heat transfer from a closed container and a compression element to sucked gas by forming a suction pipe, connected air-tight to the closed container and a compression element stored in the container, of a material with small conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A stator 3 constituting an electric drive element 2 and a compression element 4 are fixed in a closed container 1. Also, a crankshaft 6, on which a rotor 5 is fixed, is provided in the stator 3 in the same axis as the closed container 1. In addition, a suction pipe 7 is passed air-tight through the closed container 1 and connected air-tight to the compression element 4. With this constitution, the suction pipe 7 is formed of a material with small heat conductivity, for example, a stainless steel. And, heat transfer from the compression element 4 and the closed container 1 heated by hot and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the sucked gas passing through the suction pipe 7 can be reduced by utilizing the material of the suction pipe 7.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce pressure loss by drilling a discharge hole, opening to the high pressure chamber of a compressive chamber, in a housing forming the compressive chamber by supporting the both end surfaces of a cylinder, and providing a conical chamfering, meeting specified conditions, at the opening end of the discharge hole. CONSTITUTION:A compressive chamber formed of a cylinder 1 and a housing 4 supporting the both end surfaces of the cylinder 1 is divided into a low pressure chamber 5 and high pressure chamber 6 by means of a vane 3. With this constitution, a discharge hole 7 opening to the high pressure chamber 6 is drilled in the housing 4, and a conical chamfering 9 meeting the following conditions is given to all around the opening end of the discharge hole 7. The diameter of the chamfering 9 is set at 110 to 150% of that of the discharge hole 7, and offset toward the opposite side of the vane 3 by 5 to 25% of that of the discharge hole 7. Also, the chamfering 9 overlapped with the vane 3 is set at less than 6.5% of the width of the vane 3 and at less than 0.75% of apparent sliding area between the housing 4 and the vane 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a less-expensive suction check valve having less flow resistance by a method wherein a first inlet communicating with a first outlet connected to a suction pipe of a compressor is provided, a second outlet communicating with a second inlet connecting with an evaporator system has a valve seat, the valve seat is provided with a contacting or removing valve and then a mesh is provided between the valve and the first inlet. CONSTITUTION:A first outlet 14a is connected to a suction pipe 3 of a compressor 1 for a check valve 13 and a second inlet port 15a is connected to an evaporator system 10. The first inlet 14b is connected to a first outlet port 14a and the second outlet 15b is connected to the second inlet 15a. A mesh 17 is fixed between the valve 16 and the first inlet 14b. During an operation of the compressor, the valve 16 is floated up and stopped by the mesh 17. The refrigerant may pass through the valve seat 18, pass through the mesh 17, is sucked into the compressor. Impurities are stopped by the mesh. During a stopped state of the compressor, the valve body 16 is contacted with the valve seat 18 so as to prevent the refrigerant from flowing into the evaporation system. The mesh is made to serve as a valve stopper, thereby the mesh within the suction pipe of the compressor can be eliminated and then a less-expensive suction check valve without having any low flow resistance can be attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the vertical rotary compressor which can be easily manufactured and free from troubles at a low cost by omitting the oil feeding blades by allowing a subbearing oil groove and a main shaft oil feeding groove to communicate through a communication groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of an eccentric part. CONSTITUTION:The lower edge 50a of an oil groove for supplying oil onto a subshaft is opened into oil 5, and the upper edge 51a of an oil groove for feeding oil onto a main shaft is opened into a space 16 in a sealed container, and the upper edge 50b of the oil groove and the lower edge 51b of the oil groove communicate each other through a communication groove 54 formed on the outer peripheral surface of an eccentric part 7. Thus, the rotation of a rotor 3 is transmitted to a shaft 6, and the oil 5 is sucked from the lower edge 50a of the oil groove, accompanied with the revolution and lubricates the part between the shaft 6 and a side housing 10 and passes through a communication grove 54 through the upper edge 50b of the oil groove, and further sucked from the lower edge 51b of the oil groove and discharged into the space 16 in the sealed container from the upper edge 51a of the oil groove. Therefore, the need of housing the oil feeding blades in the conventional is obviated, and the vertical type rotary compressor free from troubles can be obtained at a low cost.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a work process by sandwiching and fixing a strainer made of rolled wire-netting between the end part of an intake pipe and bottom face of a large diameter portion. CONSTITUTION:A strainer 14 made of rolled wire-netting is sandwiched and fixed by means of the end of an intake pipe 12 and the bottom face part 6d of a large diameter part by press-inserting the intake pipe 12 into the large diameter part 6c of an intake pipe mounting hole 6a. Therefore, it is not required to fix the stainer made of rolled wire-netting to the intake pipe itself and the stainer 14 made of press-inserted wire-netting can be sandwiched and fixed when the intake pipe 12 is forced in the intake pipe mounting hole 6a of an anti-motor side plate 6. Therefore, shape of the intake pipe is simplified and work man-hour can be decreased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To have the resin layer of a bush attenuate the exciting force generated by the whirling of the motor reduce the noise and improve the efficiency by putting a bush which has a resin layer on the side, facing a the motor, of a bearing which supports both a motor and a compression element. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 is driven by a motor 4 to drive a piston 5, whereby compressing the refrigerant inside a compression chamber 7 defined by a cylinder 6 and a supplementary bearing 2 and a bearing 3 which support the shaft 1. The whirling force of the motor 4 is chiefly sustained by the side part 10 facing to the motor 4 of the bearing 3. In such constitution a bush 12 having a resin layer is inserted into the side part 10 facing to the motor 4 of the bearing 3. The exciting force generated by the whirling force of the shaft 1 and the motor 4 is attenuated by the resin layer of the bush 12. The excitement of the bearing 3 may be conceled and the diameter of the shaft 1 be reduced without increase in noise.
