    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a heat insulating box provided with a heat insulator pack on the inner surface of an outer box through a heat radiation pipe in which filling performance of a foamable heat insulating material is improved while suppressing thermal effect of the radiation pipe of a cooling system. CONSTITUTION: A groove 13 is made in the outer box 2 on the heat insulating wall A of a heat insulating box and a heat radiation pipe is fitted therein and prevented from floating by means of a heat insulator pack 8. According to the structure, contact area between the pipe 6 and the outer box 2 is increased and since heat is transmitted easily from the pipe 6 to the outer box, thermal effect onto the heat insulating wall A is suppressed. Furthermore, passing area of a foamable heat insulating material is increased because the outer box 2 touches the pack 8 resulting in the improvement of filling performance.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a degree of vacuum from being reduced by a method wherein filling materials having a plurality of rigid open cell breathable foams are fixed by adhesive agent and stored in a container in such a way that an interface area of the adhesive agent may be at a rectangular angle in respect to an exhausting port together with gettering agent. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulating pack 5 applied in a thermal insulating box of a refrigerator and the like is constructed such that filling materials 3a, 3b such as a plurality of open cell urethane foams are united by urethane adhesive agent 6 within a container 2 formed by a laminate film of metal-plastic and the like and stored in the container together with gettering agent 4 for adsorbing gas and maintaining a degree of vacuum within it. In this case, the adhering interface 7 is arranged in perpendicular to an exhausting port 8 of a container 2 at the time of drawing vacuum, the vacuum drawing can be carried out without any trouble and pressure is reduced. In this way, a degree of flatness can be formed well for the thermal insulating pack of desired size, a work at a subsequent stage can be facilitated and at the same time a yield of the material can be improved and further it is possible to prevent a degree of vacuum from being reduced under prohibiting of exhausting operation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent an adhering surface of a container from being warped by a method wherein two or more filling members of open cell foamed material are applied in a pressure reduced thermal insulation pack such as a refrigerator, and gettering agent is arranged on the connected surface between the two filling members so as to be crossed with each other. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reduced thermal insulation pack 6 is constructed such that open cell urethane foams 3a, 3b are stored in a container 7 formed by a laminate film of plastic and metal and then a gettering agent pack 8 of active carbon is arranged to be crossed on their connected surface 5. Then, an adhesion surface 7a of the container 7 is a surface opposite to the storing section of the gettering agent pack 8, although the gettering agent pack 8 is crossed on the connected surface 5 of the open cell foamed members 3a, 3b and when the pressure of the container 7 is reduced, the gettering agent pack 8 is closely contacted with it to increase its strength, resulting in that a degree of flatness can be assured without being influenced by a warping of the filled material.
