PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeball downward rotation amount measuring method capable of easily, inexpensively and highly accurately performing the measurement of an eyeball downward rotation amount in a progressive refractive power lens. SOLUTION: When eyeglasses 100 are set to a mounting base 50, a frame support member 52 is moved by control means not shown in the figure, and is stopped at a position at which the eye point line FL for distant vision of an eyeglass lens 10 and the positioning line PL of a mounting surface 511 match. Then, by an inkjet method, first mark 31, second mark 32, third mark 33, and fourth mark 34 are formed (mark forming step). A wearer determines a line closest to an eye point for near vision from the plurality of lines of the second mark 32 in the state of actually wearing the eyeglasses 100 (determination step). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the false contour and color shift that arise during composited image formation. SOLUTION: The image forming system 20 has a color light supplying means 21 and an image forming means 22. The color light supplying means 21 is provided with a light source 2 and a color filter 1 for time sequentially generating blue light, green light and red light in this order. The blue light, green light and red light are time sequentially supplied in this order from the color light supplying means 21. The blue image, green image and red image constituting the one color composited image are time sequentially formed in this order in synchronization with the supplied respective color light beams in the image forming means 22. Thus by performing image formation in the order reverse from the order of the image composition processing conducted in the cerebrum, the images of the three colors forming one composited image are simultaneously composited in the cerebrum as much as possible.
