SOLUTION: Projection light L1 after being reflected by a reflection accelerating layer 2B toward a convergence position P is scattered by a scattering layer 4 arranged selectively at the convergence position P. While the projection light L1 reflected by the reflection accelerating layer 2B is scattered by the scattering layer 4, excessive light such as external light reflected by the reflection accelerating layer 2B is hardly scattered by the scattering layer 4. Using differences between reflecting mechanisms of the projection light L1 and external light makes the reflection range of the projection light L1 much larger than the reflection range of the external light, so the reflecting mechanism and scattering mechanism of the projection light L are both properly controlled. The contrast, lightness, and visual field of a picture are all improved, so a distinctive picture can be appreciated without making the room inner side dark each time a projector system is used.
