    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable high speed operation of a double-acting press by providing a power generator having eccentric bodies of different phase on both sides of a driving gear, and driving the plunger of a liquid pressure cylinder through connecting rods. CONSTITUTION:Eccentric bodies 11A, 11B different in phase by about 90 deg. are provided on both sides of an eccentric gear 13 driven by a driving mechanism 12, and they are connected respectively to plungers 15A, 15B of liquid pressure cylinders 14A, 14B through connecting rods 16A, 16B and links 17, 18 to constitute a power generator 7. When the generator is operated, desired pressure oil is transmitted from cylinders 14A, 14B to ram driving piping of the double-acting press. Thus, it becomes possible to operate the double-acting press at high speed as a mechanical press and remarkable energy saving effect can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a titled device smaller in size, higher in speed, less energy consumptive and automatic by using a small-diameter cylinder for descending and ascending of a slide and inserting a wedge to perform pressurizing stage. CONSTITUTION:A blank material is put into dies and a slide 3 is lowered 3 is lowered down to near the bottom dead point by a cylinder 3. A wedge 4 is then inserted into the space between the top surface of the slide 3 and the inside surface of a frame 2 and the slide 3 is further slightly lowered. The slide 3 generates large pressurizing force in this stage. A closed die is formed of upper and lower dies by precompression in the case of performing closed forging. An upper punch 103, a right punch 105, a left punch 104 and a lower punch 106 are inserted into the blank material by which the blank material is molded.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a motor and the consumption of oil by communicating the oil chambers formed below respective plungers and the oil chamber in a slide by the ports pierced to a piston rod thereby forming a closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a solenoid valve 20 is energized to move upward a piston 16, a swash plate 5 operating cooperatively with the piston inclines downward toward the right thereby bringing the port B under high pressure and the port A under low pressure and forcing a slide 20 to descend. When a limit switch 27 is tripped by the descending slide 10, the valve 20 is de-energized and 20' energized to move downward a piston 16'. The plate 5 tilts downward toward the left thereby bringing the port B under low pressure and the port A under high pressure and forcing the slide 10 to ascend. When a limit switch 28 is tripped by the asecending slide 10, the solenoid 18 is de-energized and the piston 16' is reset to the neutral position by the elastic force of a spring 17', so that the slide 10 is stopped without inclining of the plate 5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify control and to decrease considerably the volume of oil by rising and lowering a slide by a pneumatic-hydraulic booster and generating pressing force with a variable displacement axial plunger pump. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed to the right of the piston of a booster 2 from an air tank 23 by energizing a solenoid valve 1, a piston 3 moves leftward. A plunger 4 moves leftward and the oil in an oil chamber a1 is supplied through a pipeline 19, etc. to the oil chamber a2 of a slide 18. The oil in the oil chamber b2 of the slide 18 is returned to the oil chamber b1 of the booster 2; at the same time, a variable displacement axial plunger pump 10 is set with the presence of discharge. When the slide 18 arrives at a bottom dead point and changes to an ascending stroke. the discharge of the pump 10 returns to 0. The valve 1 is de-energized in succession and the valve 14 is energized, by which the piston 3 and the plunger 5 are moved to the right and the oil is fed to a chamber b2. On the other hand, the oil in the chamber a2 is fed to the chamber a1 of the booster 2 and the slide 18 ascends.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To economize energy and to make a driving device compact by operating cooperatively a piston to be operated by compressed air and swash plate provided to an axial plunger pump and and operating the piston to turn a press on and off. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 is driven to keep a flywheel 4 rotating at all times. A solenoid valve 28 is energized by the electrical signal for starting a press, then compressed air is supplied to a cylinder 24 and a swash plate 17 is inclined leftward by a link 22. Therefore a variable displacement type plunger pump 5 starts discharging and a hydraulic motor 7 is run to rotate a crank shaft. When the crank shaft makes one turn and approaches to a top dead point, a rotary cam switch operates to emit a stop signal for the press. The valve 28 is then de- energized and the piston 25 is returned to the home position. The plate 17 is returned to a neutral position. Therefore the pump 5 stops discharging and the motor 7 stops running, thereby stopping the press.
