    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve dyeability by eliminating a poor external appearance of a product, by a method wherein along with arrangement of a reinforcing fiber within a mold unwoven cloth is provided between the reinforcing fiber and mold, RIM molding is performed and a fiber-reinforced product is molded. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing fiber is arranged within a mold, monomers which are reactive to each other are introduced within the mold and RIM molding is performed. Then unwoven cloth is provided between the reinforcing fiber and mold for manufacturing of a fiber-reinforced plastic product. Normally polyurethane or polyamide is used as resin for the RIM molding. An aramid fiber, carbon fiber and glass fiber are available as representative examples and above all the carbon fiber is most suitable. Glass fiber paper, carbon fiber paper, polyester unwoven cloth and nylon unwoven cloth are available for unwoven cloth to be provided between the mold and reinforcing fiber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a desired reaction product having a uniform component ratio, by reducing the pressures in a mold and a mixing chamber lower than the atmospheric pressure and at the same level as or higher than the pressure in a measuring pump by means of a sucking apparatus, and injecting raw material liquids into the mold through the mixing chamber by opening an vomiting valves and by means of the measuring pump. CONSTITUTION:Extrusion valves 5a and 5b are opened and air is sucked by means of a vacuum pump 15 to reduce the pressures in cylinder room of measuring pump 2a and 2b to 2 mmHg. Pistons 3a and 3b are moved forward to the upper limit positions to suck raw material liquids A and B in cylinder rooms of measuring pumps 2a and 2b from tanks 1a and 1b for the raw material liquids and to measure them. The pressures in a mixing chamber 6 and a mold 8 are reduced to 20 mmHg by sucking air by means of a vacuum pump 10. The pistons 3a and 3b are returned to the lower limit positions and the raw material liquids A and B are sent out into the mixing chamber 6 from the measuring pumps 2a and 2b. The sent out raw material liquids A and B are stirred and mixed by means of a rotating propeller 7 and thereafter injected into the mold 8 through an injection valve 9 in a open state. It is thereby possible to obtain a uniform and high-quality two package reaction molded product.
