Abstract:
Изобретение относится к приборам и аппаратам, предназначенным для формирования на поверхности моно- и мультислойных пленок Ленгмюра- Блоджетт из поверхностно-активных соединений, используемых при высокотехнологичном производстве электронных изделий, элементов молекулярной электроники, изделий, работающих на квантово-размерных эффектах. Задачей настоящего изобретения является разработка установки, обеспечивающей непрерывный технологический процесс получения функциональных покрытий с заданными физико-химическими характеристиками, при обеспечении их долговременной стабильности и износостойкости в процессе эксплуатации изделий. Поставленная задача решена тем, что устройство включает блок, обеспечивающий очищение рабочей жидкости и непрерывный процесс подачи очищенной рабочей жидкости в технологическую ванну, систему формирования монослоя, транспортную систему и дополнительные системы, обеспечивающие автоматическую активацию поверхности подложек и стабилизацию слоев на поверхности за счет химических реакций. Разработанная конструкция установки обеспечивает получение качественных функциональных покрытий в непрерывном техпроцессе модификации подложек.

A method and an apparatus (10) for making thin layers from particles, wherein the particles are deposited on a carrier fluid flowing by gravity along a ramp (12) leading to a dam (18). The particles are held back at the bottom of the ramp (12), thereby causing the particles to be piled up one against the other in a monolayer configuration.

A gravimetric biosensor based on two quartz resonators with immobilised layers of antibodies was developed. The active oscillator is covered by antibodies specific to a given antigen, while the reference oscillator is covered by antibodies non-specific to the antigen, in order to compensate the physical absorption effects. In a second aspect the invention provides a method and instrument for depositing films of alternating monomolecular layers, which can contain monolayers of surfactant molecules and monolayers of soluble adsorbed compounds. The first and second aspect in combination can provide a biosensor having alternating monomolecualr layers with at least one layer being biosensitive, e.g. immunosensitive.

A system for continuous generation of Langmuir and Langmuir-Blodgett film includes a troughing slider bed conveyor (2a) with an endless belt (2h); an element (2m) for delivering a subphase liquid to the liquid-extruding orifice (2e) at a rate proportional to the speed of the conveyor (2a), such that the desired depth of liquid is maintained without flow relative to the troughing belt (2h); an element (2n) delivers Langmuir-film forming liquids and suspensions to the surface of said subphase liquid at a rate proportional to the speed of the conveyor (2a), so as to maintain predetermined film thickness; and an element (2a) for transferring said film to a solid substrate.

Method and apparatus for continuously forming and depositing a layer of monomolecular amphiphilic molecules on a substrate. The apparatus of the present invention includes static mechanical means comprising a pump which is supported outside the lower portion of the tank (310) and connected by conduits to compartment (310a) which is designed as a continuous chute around compartment (310b). It is in compartment (310b) that the compressed monomolecular layer films are deposited onto a substrate. The water flows in the direction indicated by arrows. The pump pulls the transport liquid through a conduit and out of compartment (310b), and pushes said liquid through other conduits and into compartment (310a) which is separated from compartment (310b) by continuous chute (310d). The compartment (310c) receives the monomolecular layer solution.

A rotating transfer device for transfer of a film to a substrate at a gas-liquid interface, the rotating transfer device comprising a substrate holder holding the substrate, and a rotational positioning unit for rotating the substrate holder, the rotational positioning unit having a pivot to which the substrate holder is attached, whereby the pivot is angled between 0° and 60° to the plane of the interface surface. As a result, LB patterns with different dimensions and orientations that depend on the transfer velocity can be generated simultaneously.

Zum kontinuierlichen Erzeugen einer ultradünnen, geordneten Schicht aus amphiphilen Molekülen an der Oberfläche einer polaren Flüssigkeit wird in einem Kanal eine gerichtete Strömung der polaren Flüssigkeit erzeugt, die die amphiphilen Moleküle gelöst oder ungelöst an der Oberfläche in gespreiteter Form enthält. In dem Kanal wird ein Kanalabschnitt mit relativ hoher Strömungsgeschwindigkeit an der Oberfläche vorgesehen, der eine am Kanalboden angeordnete, von der polaren Flüssigkeit überspülte Rampe aufweist. Daran schließt sich ein Kanalabschnitt mit relativ niedriger Strömungsgeschwindigkeit an der Oberfläche an, in dem man die Strömung bei zeitlich konstanter Flüssigkeitshöhe an einem Hindernis staut, so daß sich in diesen Kanalabschnitten an der Phasengrenze polare Flüssigkeit/Luft durch Strömungskompression laufend eine ultradünne geordnete Schicht aus amphiphilen Molekülen ausbildet. Die überspülte Rampe ist beweglich angeordnet.
