Abstract:
본 고안은 도시의 도로 및 공원 등지의 바닦에 블록 이나 콘크리트를 사용하여 지표면을 포장하는 포장재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세히는 투수성이 우수한 폐 콘크리트를 접착액을 이용해 응집시키고, 이를 관통하는 다공성 플라스틱을 구비하여 상기 다공성 플라스틱에 강우가 저류되는 투수성 저류 블럭에 관한 것으로, 투수성재료를 사용하여 형성된 본체와 상기 본체 내부에 우수가 일정량 저류되도록 형성된 저류형 공간과, 상기 저류형 공간은 상기 본체를 주물 성형하여 내부 빈 공간을 형성시키거나, 다수의 투과홀을 지닌 다공성 플라스틱관 또는 망목형 철망을 상기 본체내부로 삽입시켜 구비된 것이며, 상기 본체와 상기 다공성 플라스틱관은 폐 플라스틱 및 폐 콘크리트 등 재활용재를 사용하고, 상기 저류형 공간은 각각의 블록의 결합시 서� � 연결되어 내부의 저류된 우수가 서로 유동될 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A puzzle type drain planking is provided to shorten the time and cost of construction by a simple and quick installation without the aid of heavy equipment. CONSTITUTION: The process of constructing puzzle type drain planking(10) in a lawn ground is composed of: leveling the ground; installing puzzle type drain planking and constructing waterways(20); applying drain textures(80) on to the drain planking; laying rubbles(70) on the waterway; laying earth and sand(60) on the rubbles; transplanting lawns(40) to the earth and sand layer. The drain planking is made by molded plastic and is needed to be strong enough to resist loads against the drain texture, the rubble layer, the earth and sand layer and the lawn layer.
Abstract:
A moulded block (1) is proposed with water channels (11) below the top surface (2) for draining the latter. The aim is to make the periodic cleaning of these water channels necessitated by dirt deposition less frequent or unnecessary . This is done by providing at least one dirt retaining groove (5, 6) with at least one lateral overflow threshold (9, 10).

본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 상면에 도막방수를 하여 시공하는 지하차도와 교량의 무조인트 신축이음구조에서, 액상의 도막방수액이 콘크리트 구조물 상면에 형성된 배수관 삽입홈을 메우지 않도록 하여 배수관 삽입홈에 배수관을 삽입할 수 있는 공간을 확보하게 함으로써 침투수의 원활한 배수를 유도할 수 있는, 유도배수를 위한 공간 확보용 가드를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 배수공간 확보용 가드는, 소정 간격으로 이격되어 설치된 콘크리트 슬래브의 상면에 프라이머층과 도막방수층을 순차적으로 도포하고, 상기 도막방수층의 상부에 격자 형상의 그리드(grid)를 설치하며, 그 상부에 아스콘 포장층을 포설한 지하차도와 교량의 무조인트 신축이음구조에서 콘크리트 슬래브에 설치되는 배수공간 확보용 가드(guard)에 있어서, 상기 배수공간 확보용 가드는, 단면(斷面)이 속이 빈 사각형 형상에서 상방이 개구(開口)되고, 콘크리트 슬래브에 형성된 배수관 삽입홈과 같은 형상으로, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene)으로 제조되며, 상기 배수관 삽입홈은 콘크리트 슬래브 상면에 도로의 길이방향에 대하여 20∼50°경사지도록 일정 간격으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A rainwater storage type paving block is provided to improve the rainwater penetration efficiency by ensuring gaps between the blocks and reduce the rattle by enhancing the load dispersion performance of a joint. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater storage type paving block(A) comprises fit surfaces(3,4) and unfit surfaces(5,6). A fit surface is formed with a convex part(11) and a concave groove(12) for fitting neighboring blocks. An unfit surface is formed with horizontal and vertical joints maintaining protrusions(21,22). The protruded height of a pair of vertical joint maintaining protrusions is formed to be higher than the protruded height of the horizontal joint maintaining protrusion in order to ensure gaps between the neighboring blocks. Blocks of which the unfit surfaces are faced to each other are filled with sand in a joint sand filling area in order to improve the load dispersion performance. PURPOSE: A concrete pavement repair method is provided to restrict a crack on concrete pavement around horizontal drainage grooves and thus to reduce the cost for road repair. CONSTITUTION: A concrete pavement repair method is as follows. The upper side of concrete pavement is cut to the thickness of 5cm. Horizontal drainage grooves are formed on the upper side of a concrete pavement layer(30) in a grid form. Vertical drainage grooves, which are connected to an anti-frost layer(10), are formed in the intersections of the horizontal grooves. Horizontal guide drainpipes(130) are inserted into the horizontal drainage grooves. A fiber reinforcement material(170) is attached to the upper side of the concrete pavement layer in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal waterway groove in order to cover the horizontal drainage grooves. An asphalt concrete layer(40) is placed on the upper side of the concrete pavement layer.

PURPOSE: A precast panel and a pavement structure using the same for drainage are provided to achieve an effective drain structure of pavement by forming drain grooves in the direction that vehicles travel. CONSTITUTION: A precast panel(100) for pavement includes drain grooves(110) which are 0.5~1.5cm wide and 0.3~0.7cm thick. The inner side of the drain groove is inclined downward. The precast panel has a drain gradient formed towards one side. The drain groove includes an inclined drain groove which is formed inclined in the vehicle travel direction and the falling direction of the drain gradient. A widthwise drain path connected to the drain groove is formed between the precast panels.

A space water-permeable block is provided to make rain water permeated to soil effectively, to offer pleasant walking environment, and to prevent the inundation of a river and the exhaustion of underground water caused by the sudden inflow of rainwater. A double-layer space water-permeable block comprises a block support(1) fixed to the ground to permeate rainwater, a crisscross fixing block(2) inserted and installed in the center of the block support, a spacer(3) coupled and installed to the corner to keep the block supports at regular intervals, and a covering block(5) fixed to form a water storage space between the block supports. The block support comprises a rectangular plate type support(11) having the appointed height, an insertion(12) fitted with the fixing block, a water permeable space(14) having a flow passage(13) on the outside of the support, and a connector(15) formed on four corners of the support.
