Abstract:
A loudspeaker damper, a manufacturing method thereof, and a loudspeaker, electronic equipment and device using the loudspeaker damper. The damper has flexibility. Therefore, even if a large input is applied and the damper oscillates with a large amplitude, a resin layer provided on the surface of the damper base material is not cracked due to partial interface peeling. Thus, the damper follows such a large amplitude and realizes high input-resistance. This loudspeaker damper material is obtained by impregnating a material with thermosetting resin including 2 to 20 wt% of flexibility imparting agent and heat-curing thereof.

A flat panel speaker has a construction in which an actuator 10 vibrates a panel 21 to radiate sound, the panel 21 being held at a peripheral portion thereof on a frame 22 by gaskets, wherein the gasket 31 provided at a position opposite from a position at which the actuator 10 is placed has a higher hardness than that of the gasket 32 provided at another position. The side on which the gasket 31 having the higher hardness is placed is a substantially fixed end to facilitate vibration of the panel 21, thereby improving sound quality.

본 발명은 장방형 서스펜션 및 상기 서스펜션을 채용한 장방형 스피커 모듈에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 광대역 재생이 가능한 장방형 스피커에 사용되는 2차 서스펜션의 구조를 개선하여 2차 서스펜션의 강성 및 진동 수용 효과를 개선하여 음향 재생력의 품질을 향상시킨 서스펜션 및 상기 서스펜션을 채용한 장방형 스피커 모듈에 관한 것으로, 장방형 스피커에서 진동판과 보이스 코일이 접착된 서스펜션의 내측 타원에 주름 형상을 형성하여 진동판에 의한 진동을 흡수할 수 있도록 함으로써, 내측 타원과 외측 타원이 물리적으로 연결된 제동부가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 장방형 스피커의 서스펜션의 내측 타원에 긴 홈을 형성하거나, 기억자로 절곡된 부분을 형성하여, 서스펜션의 강성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 장방형 스피커의 서스펜션의 내측 타원에 일정 간격의 홈을 형성하여, 서스펜션의 미세 진동에 의해 잡음이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Suggested is an ultra slim diaphragm driving speaker. The ultra slim diaphragm driving speaker according to one embodiment of the present technology includes a top housing, a bottom housing which is formed to be connected to the top housing, a top permanent magnet which has a planar shape and is connected to the inner side of the top housing, a bottom housing which has the same shape as the top permanent magnet and is connected to the inner side of the bottom housing to face the top permanent magnet, a voice coil which surrounds the outside of a space formed by the top permanent magnet and the bottom permanent magnet and is fixed between the top housing and the bottom housing, and a metal diaphragm which is arranged between the top permanent magnet and the bottom permanent magnet and has a planar shape.

The present invention relates to a diaphragm assembly capable of uniformly providing a vibration force to the whole surface of a diaphragm. For achieving the purpose, the diaphragm assembly according to the present invention includes the diaphragm, a bobbin which has a preset height and is combined with the lower side of the diaphragm through the upper side thereof, a voice coil which is wound around the side of the bobbin, a rod which has a preset height, is combined with the lower side of the diaphragm through the upper side thereof, and is combined with a region which is not combined with the bobbin, and a suspension which is combined with the rod.

PURPOSE: A speaker is provided to reduce upward and downward tremor of a frame by differently forming the vibration direction of the elastic force of an elastic member and the vibration direction of a vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: A penetration hole(110a) is formed in a frame(110). A sub-frame is connected in the inner side of the frame and is located in the frame. A magnetic circuit part is connected in the lower part of the frame and generates magnetic force. The magnetic circuit part comprises a plate(121), a magnet(123), and a yoke(125). The yoke has the pole(125b) of a tubular shape which passes through the magnet and the plate. A sound generation part generates electric force in inside of the frame. The sound generation part transfers vibration force to the frame. A sound generation part has a voice coil(131), a vibration plate(133), an internal edge(135), and an outer edge(137).
