Abstract:
The invention relates to a portable communication apparatus and a microphone device for the apparatus. In the portable communication apparatus of the invention, an openable/closable member (2) is attached in an openable and closable manner to a main unit (1) of the portable apparatus. The openable/closable member (2) incorporates a bidirectional close-talking microphone (5). An inner sound hole (26) and an outer sound hole (27) are opened in an inner wall (22) and an outer wall (24) of the openable/closable member (2), respectively. The inner wall (22) faces the front face of a diaphragm of the close-talking microphone (5) via a sound path (64), and the outer sound hole (27) faces the rear face of the diaphragm of the close-talking microphone (5) via a sound path (65). The inner sound hole (26) is biasedly located in a position which is close to a free end of the openable/closable member (2), and the outer sound hole (27) is biasedly located in a position which is close to the center position of opening and closing movements of the openable/closable member (2). The portable communication apparatus of the invention can obtain a speech quality of a very high S/N ratio at a substantially same degree in both the cases where the openable/closable member (2) is opened, and where the member is closed.
Abstract:
A flat panel speaker has a construction in which an actuator 10 vibrates a panel 21 to radiate sound, the panel 21 being held at a peripheral portion thereof on a frame 22 by gaskets, wherein the gasket 31 provided at a position opposite from a position at which the actuator 10 is placed has a higher hardness than that of the gasket 32 provided at another position. The side on which the gasket 31 having the higher hardness is placed is a substantially fixed end to facilitate vibration of the panel 21, thereby improving sound quality.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric acoustic converter used as a speaker or a receiver of a mobile communication device such as a portable telephone or the like. In the electric acoustic converter according to the present invention, the size reduction and thinning of the thickness of the electric acoustic converter can be promoted by providing surface-like rear surface terminals 81 and 82 on the exposed surface 33 which is a rear surface of the yoke 3.
Abstract:
The invention provides a speaker damper (50) which can realize improvement of the productivity of a dynamic speaker (1), and a speaker (1) including the speaker damper. In the damper (50), lead portions (52) for guiding voice coil lead wires (21b) to external connection terminals (30) while laying the lead wires on one surface is disposed, and the process of laying the voice coil lead wires (21b) by means of forming is realized not in the air of the interior of a frame (60), but on one surfaces of the lead portions (52).
Abstract:
The invention provides a speaker in which a damper is effectively added without impairing the thinness of the speaker, and which, although the speaker is thin and small, exhibits high withstand input and high output power performances. A damper (14) is disposed between the lower end of a voice coil bobbin (12) and a magnet (3) of a magnetic circuit (5), and supports a vibration system (13) in a manner that the system is vibratable with respect to the magnet (3).
