PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand pile manufacturing hollow pipe for omitting the connecting work of the hollow pipe, and manufacturing a sand pile having an improved deep depth even if a height is restricted by adopting an expansion hollow pipe by fitting an upper inner tube and a lower outer tube. SOLUTION: This sand pile manufacturing hollow pipe 1 is composed of the upper inner tube 2 and the lower outer tube 3 extensively fitted to the upper inner tube 2, and is provided with a first lock means 5 for fixing the upper inner tube 2 and the lower outer tube 3 in a contracted state, a second lock means 6 for fixing the upper inner tube 2 and the lower outer tube 3 in an extended state and a seal means 12 for sealing a clearance 27 between the lower outer peripheral surface 26 of the upper inner tube 3 and the inner peripheral surface 36 of the lower outer tube 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground water decontaminating body through which underground water flowing in an aquifer does not flow into another aquifer and which can separately decontaminate contaminated underground water in each aquifer. SOLUTION: An underground water decontaminating stake 10 is constructed in a contaminated ground 30 which has a hardly water permeable layer 23 between the aquifer 22 and the aquifer 24 and has at least two aquifers. A water-permeable decontaminating material is formed at stake divisions 11, 13, 15 located in the aquifer. Hardly water-permeable division layers 12, 14 for interrupting mutual communication between underground water flowing in an upper side aquifer and a lower side aquifer holding the hardly water- permeable layer therebetween, are disposed. SOLUTION: This solidified pile constructing device 10a is provided with a hollow rotary shaft 1 to be rotated by a rotation driving means, one or more agitating blades 2 radially provided under the rotary shaft 1, a first compressed air supply pipe 3 and a liquid material supplying pipe 4 connected to supplying means on the ground, and a first mixture injector 5 provided near an outside end of the agitating blade 2 for making the liquid material led from the liquid material supplying pipe 4 go with the compressed air led from the first compressed air supplying pipe 3 and having a discharge port 503 directed outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method of an external heat insulating PC plate resisting vertical stress by dead weight and stress by an earthquake by a relatively simple method while maintaining the using state of a building. SOLUTION: This repairing method replaces a damaged outer wall PC plate 1 with a new outer wall PC plate 1a in an existing external heat insulating PC plate 10, and has a member preparing process of attaching an out-of-plane restricting tool having an installing bolt connected to a body PC plate 2 and an upper member of a load receiving tool having a vertical position adjusting bolt to the new outer wall PC plate, attaching a lower member of the load receiving tool for supporting the dead weight of the outer wall PC plate by abutment against the upper member of the load receiving tool to a position opposed to the upper member of the load receiving tool in the body PC plate, attaching a first through hole capable of inserting a spanner for operating an adjusting nut of the vertical position adjusting bolt, and respectively arranging a second through hole for fixing the installing bolt by secondary concrete in a position opposed to the installing bolt of the out-of-plane restricting tool. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a sand pile capable of smoothly chuting sand into a hollow tube, always detecting a sand top level position, and providing a high working efficiency without being affected by fog when air in the hollow tube is suddenly discharged. SOLUTION: This device 10 for forming the sand pile comprises the hollow tube 1, a material feed device 2 formed by installing a material inlet pipe 2b for feeding pile material into the hollow tube 1 on the side peripheral surface of the hollow tube 1, and a penetrating machine 3 for penetrating and extracting the hollow tube 1 into and from a ground. An open/close valve 4 is installed in the material inlet pipe 2b, an antenna unit part 5a transmitting high frequency scanning signals into the hollow tube 1 located at a position higher than the material inlet pipe connection part 41 of the hollow tube 1 and detecting reflective wave is installed so that the sand top level in the hollow tube 1 can always be detected. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance general-purpose properties for a method for soil improvement, device reliability, efficient execution of work and improved quality by making path for a feed material switchable in approximate synchronization with normal/reverse rotation of a rotating shaft and easily making the path unswitchable. SOLUTION: A soil improving device comprises: a main body member 17 which has an upper feed hole 18 for receiving the feed material from a swivel device 6 and is rotated by a rotary driving device 3; a clutch member 20 which has lower feed holes 19a and 19b connected to respective feed passages 4a and 4b in a state of being coupled to the rotating shaft 5; a protrusive tooth part which is arranged in such a manner as having play in an approximately recessed tooth-receiving part, provided by facing the members 17 and 20, and a recessed place of the tooth-receiving part, and which abuts for engagement on a corresponding side surface in the tooth- receiving part at a prescribed angle of rotation of the member 17; and a fixed key 24 which is provided to be capable of advancing into/retreating from the tooth-receiving part and which is infilled into a gap S, existing in the recessed place of the tooth- receiving part, in a state in which the tooth part abuts on for engagement on the corresponding side surface in the tooth-receiving part.
