Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining concrete curing structure capable of surely and inexpensively curing arch-shaped secondary lining concrete in a mountain tunnel with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This lining concrete curing structure 10 cures the arch-shaped secondary lining concrete 2 by covering an inner wall surface 12a of the arch-shaped secondary lining concrete 12 in the mountain tunnel 11 with a curing material 13. The inner wall surface 12a of the arch-shaped secondary lining concrete 12 is covered with a plurality of foaming styrene materials 13 as the curing material having a surface 13a of a shape corresponding to curvature of the inner wall surface 12a of the arch-shaped secondary lining concrete 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fluidized soil which enables the recycle of concrete residue, the compressive strength of which can be increased, and which can reduce cracks and facilitate compaction and smoothing work, and a fluidization treatment method. SOLUTION: In the fluidization treatment method wherein water or slurry and a solidification material are added to soil generated in construction, mixed and fluidized, and transported and placed in the state of maintaining the fluidity of them, the water or the slurry, the solidification material, and demolition residue aggregate in a wet state are mixed into the soil generated in the construction are mixed into the soil, so that the compressive strength of the fluidized soil can be increased. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a solidified pile by using jets with a plurality of flow lines, which enables a homogeneously solidified pile to be constructed by shortening a construction time. SOLUTION: In this creation method, when a rotating shaft is pulled up while being rotated, a solidification material is ejected from two or more solidification material ejecting nozzles which are annexed in the prescribed position of the rotating shaft, while forming the plurality of jet flows, and agitated and mixed with in-situ soil, so that the solidified pile can be created. The number of the rotations of the rotating shaft and a pull-up speed thereof are determined so that a pitch of loci of the solidification material ejecting nozzles can be set to be a predetermined value P which is selected from the range of 2.0-5.0 cm. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a vibration isolating wall in a space wherein a working area such as a narrow space is limited. SOLUTION: This vibration isolating wall is formed as follows: an earth retaining wall W is formed of a press-in member 3; a vibration isolating member 5 is inserted into a soilized section S which is formed by emitting a high-pressure jet of a solution for soilization between the earth retaining wall W and natural ground; and after the soilized section S is hardened for the formation of a continuous wall C, anti-lift fittings 10 and 10A are removed.
