    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded sealant which is easily manufactured, maintains a good appearance and uniformity after it is fitted and is free from the problem of drooping, breaking or the like after it is baked and its manufacturing process.
    SOLUTION: The molded sealant comprises mainly a plastisol and is adhesive by itself, not with a transferred adhesive. The manufacturing process of the molded sealant is presented in which adhesivity is rendered to the sealant by preheating the plastisol.
