PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector configuration device, a troubleshooting means of a connected driving circuit, and a method of operating the troubleshooting means. SOLUTION: With respect to the driving circuit provided with a first fuel injector 12a in parallel to a capacitive component, the driving circuit is provided with selector means SQ1, SQ2 and troubleshooting means 36a, 36b. The selector means SQ1, SQ2 can be operated so that they can select the first fuel injector 12a and/or the capacitive component in the driving circuit, and that they can make the first fuel injector 12a and/or the capacitive component out of selection from the driving circuit. When the capacitive component is selected and the first fuel injector 12a is made out of selection, the troubleshooting means 36a, 36b detect the current Isense through the first fuel injector 12a. When the detected current Isense is different from a first threshold current Ilimit, the troubleshooting means 36a, 36b provide a first signal regarding the detection of a stack-terminal short-circuiting failure which is connected to the first fuel injector. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane camshaft phasor for changing the timing of the combustion valve of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This vane camshaft phasor comprises a seat formed at the proper intermediate rotating position of the sprocket, and a lock pin slidably disposed on the vane of the rotor to lock it at the intermediate position of the rotor in engagement with the seat. The pressing spring system disposed on the cam plate presses the rotor from the position delayed from the lock position toward the lock position. The first example of the spring system comprises a pair of compression spring assemblies. The second example of the spring system comprises an inner torsion spring. In each example, the phasor can be assembled without connecting the spring system to the rotor. Consequently, the assembled phasor can be surely attached to the camshaft of the engine by solving the problem specific to the phasor of a prior art that the rotor is tilted. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damp the opening movement of a valve needle of a fuel injector to be used in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This fuel injector is provided to be used in the internal combustion engine. The fuel injector has a valve needle engageable with a valve needle seat for controlling fuel injection via an injector outlet and san actuator arranging part arranged for controlling fuel pressure in a control chamber. A surface associated with the valve needle is exposed to the fuel pressure in the control chamber so that a fuel pressure variation in the control chamber controls the movement of the valve needle to the valve needle seat. A damping means having a damping chamber damps the opening movement of the valve needle. The damping means is arranged so that a fuel pressure variation in a damping chamber damps the opening movement of a valve member. SOLUTION: A socket connector 100 is integrally provided with a strain relief 110 and a seal seat 112. A connector body 102 has an integral strain relief member 106 including a terminal housing 108, the strain relief 110, and the seal seat 112. The seal seat 112 is formed with a seal seat shroud, which is characterized by comprising a left sidewall, a right sidewall, a top wall, a bottom opening 124 facing to the top wall, a terminal housing wall 120 and a strain relief wall 122. The strain relief 110 is provided with strain relief openings 142 aligned with terminal cavity parts 134 of the socket connector. A peripherally ribbed elastomeric seal is sealingly received into the seal seat 112 via the bottom opening 124. Openings of the seal align with the terminal cavity parts 134. SOLUTION: The three-stage member gear system transmits driving torque from a driving member to a driven member while selectively adjusting an angle relationship between the driving member and the driven member. It comprises a first member having a driving part of the three-stage member gear system, a second member 2 having a driven part of the three-stage member gear system connectable to a cam sprocket or a pulley, and a third member 3 having an adjusting means for the three-stage member gear system connetable to a cam shaft. The third member is connected to a means 4 for rotating the third member or applying braking torque and/or motor torque to the third member to change an angle relationship between the first member and the second member. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector element capable of enduring large current, which can be manufactured at the same time with low cost. SOLUTION: The electric contactor has a base part 10 having a socket part 14 for receiving a plug-in type contactor, and an insertion part 12 including two contact spring arms 36, 38 for contacting the plug-in type contactor inserted and guided into the socket part 14. On the electric connector element, the contact spring arms 36, 38 are combined to each other, and form an insertion base part 40 at an end part area of the insertion part 12 at a backside in an insertion direction of the contactor.
