Abstract: PURPOSE: An antiaging composition containing a Machilus thunbergii extract an active ingredients through activation of a retinoic acid receptor is provided to suppress collagenase expression without side effects and to prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: An antiaging composition contains 0.0001-10 wt% of a Machilus thunbergii extract as an active ingredient. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening a material which prevents gray hair using a transgenic cell line and vitiligo model mouse(C57bl/6-Mitfmi-vit) is provided to screen a PDE(phosphodiesterase) inhibitor as an anti-hair graying agent and to effectively prevent gray hair. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector pTRP2-GLuc contains: TRP2(tyrosinase-related protein 2) promoter; gaussia luciferase(GLuc); and neomycin resistant gene(NeoR) or ampicillin resistant gene(AmpR). A melan-a melanocyte cell line TRP2-GLuc (KCLRF-BP-00161) is prepared by transforming with the expression vector pTRP2-GLuc. A method for screening a material which prevents gray hair comprises: a step of treating the cell line with a candidate material which prevents gray hair and culturing; a step of measuring the production amount of GLuc in a medium; a step of applying the candidate material on the back of the vitiligo mouse; and a step of measuring the amount of melanin from grown hair on the back.
