본 발명은 유용성 활성물질을 안정화한 수분산 양이온성 고분자 나노캡슐 및 이의 제조방법, 및 상기 수분산 양이온성 고분자 나노캡슐을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명의 수분산 양이온성 고분자 나노캡슐은 (1) 활성물질을 흡착할 수 있는 양이온성 관능기를 갖는 소수성 고분자를 중합하는 단계; 및 (2) 상기 (1)단계의 소수성 고분자 및 유용성 활성성분을 유기용매에 용해시킨 후 교반하면서 수상과 유기상을 혼합시켜 에멀젼을 제조하고, 유기상을 증발시켜 수상에 존재하는 유용성 활성성분을 포집한 나노캡슐을 제조하는 단계;로 유용성 활성성분을 담지한 수분산 양이온성 고분자 나노 캡슐을 제조하며, 상기의 단계로 제조된 양이온성 고분자 나노캡슐은 유용성 활성물질이 고분자입자 내 존재하는 양이온성 그룹에 흡착되어 있으며, 이로 인해 활성물질을 입자 내부의 양이온 그룹과 고분자벽제에 의해 외부자극으로부터 차단하는 이중 안정화시스템으로 우수한 안정화효과를 나타낸다. 수분산 * 나노 캡슐 * 활성물질 * 양이온성 * 모이어티
Abstract:
본 발명은 미백 유효 성분을 안정화한 미백 캡슐 제제 및 이를 함유하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 유동층 코팅기술을 이용하여 인지질 배합물로 구성된 다층 라멜라상을 미백 유효 성분이 존재하는 조건에서 형성시키고, 형성된 라멜라 구조 내부에 존재하는 미백 유효 성분들을 라멜라상이 효과적으로 고정화시킴으로써 열과 산소에 의한 분자구조 변성을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 미백 캡슐 제제에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 미백 캡슐 제제는 화장료 조성물 내에서도 물과 계면활성제에 의한 미백 캡슐 제제 내의 스웰링(swelling)을 효과적으로 차단하고 미백 캡슐 제제 내 미백성분의 활성을 장기간 유지함으로써 우수한 미백 효과를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A capsule formulation with stabilized whitening ingredients and cosmetic composition for skin whitening is provided to effectively block swelling of a whitening agent due to water and surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A capsule formulation for whitening with whitening ingredients contains a lipid lamella layer and a polymer layer. The lipid lamella layer exists on a nucleating agent and contains ceramide, phospholipid, and whitening ingredients. The ceramide is natural ceramide or ceramide analogue. The phospholipid is selected from phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl glycerol, and phosphatidic acid. The whitening ingredients is selected from the group consisting of ellagic acid, Rabdosia Rubescens extract, Saxifraga furumiii extract, grape extract, Scutellariae radix extract, and acetyltetrapeptide-11.

PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing an enzyme is provided to enhance enzyme stabilitiy and to block enzyme denaturation. CONSTITUTION: A method for stabilizing an enzyme comprises: a step of dispersing the enzyme into polyol to prepare solution 1; a step of dissolving hydrogel in a solvent to prepare solution 2; a step of redispersing solution 1 to solution 2; and a step of adding cross-linking solution and stirring at 40-70°C for 30 minutes to one hour to prepare cross-linked hydrogel. The enzyme is oxidoreductase, transferase, hydrolase, lyase, isomerase, or ligase. The polyol is polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, or copolymer thereof. The hydrogel is gelatin, acacia gum, collagen, or carrageenan gum.

PURPOSE: A composition containing phosphatidic acid for promoting hair growth is provided to form liposome and to effectively deliver hair growth promoting ingredients to hair follicle. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting hair growth contains phosphatidic acid as an active ingredient. The phosphatidic acid is contained as a functional group of lecithin. The lecithin includes phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl ethanol amine, or phosphatidyl glycol. The composition further contains 0.1-20.0 weight% of lecithin.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolyzed millets are encapsulated, as an active ingredient. The polymersome is prepared by synthesizing polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol in a weight ration of 1:1-1:10. The peptide encapsulated in the polymersomes is diaminopropionoyl tripeptide-33, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl heptapeptie-4, copper tripeptide-1, lysine polypeptide or acetyl tetrapeptide-11. The cosmetic composition is used for skin moisturizing, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and anti-aging.

A double layered polymer capsule is provided to ensure excellent stabilization effect on oxidation-sensitive materials and to prevent the denaturation of an active material from an outside harmful environment. A double layered polymer capsule comprises a core consisting of carotenoid, a cationic polymer layer that surrounds the core, and an anionic polymer layer coated on the surface of a cationic polymer capsule. A method for manufacturing the double layered polymer capsule comprises (i) copolymerizing a monomer having a cationic functional group and a monomer having a hydrophobic group to obtain an cationic polymer; (ii) dissolving the cationic polymer and carotenoid in organic solvent to prepare emulsion, and evaporating the organic solvent to obtain the cationic polymer capsule supported with carotenoid; (iii) copolymerizing a monomer having an anionic functional group to obtain an anionic polymer; and (iv) applying the anionic polymer to the surface of the cationic polymer capsule.
