Abstract: PURPOSE: A physical standard measuring system of cattle by processing image is provided to save manpower and working hours, and to reduce stress applied to cattle by measuring the physical condition of cattle quickly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A physical standard measuring system of cattle is composed of a gate forming the gateway for a herd of cattle moving in a line; camera units(15,15a) installed in the gate to photograph the side of cattle; an image processing unit(19) connecting to the camera units and processing the image signal for monitoring; a monitor(17) displaying the digital image signal from the image processing unit visually; and a size calculating unit(20) controlling the camera units, the monitor and the image processing unit, and outputting the size of cattle by receiving video bit stream signals according to each angle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A loading appliance for pig shipping is provided to enable a user to easily and conveniently load a large amount of pigs to a truck within a short time, and to measure the weight of the pig during the loading work. CONSTITUTION: The loading appliance for pig shipping is comprised of: an elevator(10) capable of receiving plural pigs formed with a fence(11); a support(12) for supporting the elevator; and an X-shaped lifting device for moving the support and the elevator upward and downward to the level of a loading part of a truck while keeping the horizontal condition of the support and the elevator; and a hydraulic cylinder(17) installed on the support for controlling a tilt angle of the elevator. The lifting device comprises a pair of links(14,15) supported about an intersecting point, and one of the links is connected with a rod(16a) of a hydraulic cylinder(16) for transmitting the lifting force.

Abstract: 본 발명은 돼지의 출하시 돼지를 차량에 용이하게 상차하기 위한 돼지출하용 자동 상차기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 특히 돼지수송차량의 종류나 크기 및 농장의 지형여건에 관계없이 극히 용이하게 돼지를 차량에 상차하고자하는 그 구조적장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 돼지의 용이한 이동수단으로 구동콘베이어벨트(60)를 기본적 구성으로 하고 있으며 이 콘베어벨트의 상, 하높이를 조절할 수 있는 수동식유압잭(70)의 구성, 그리고 이를 이동가능하도록하는 돼지의 편리한 기기기의 이동수단과 함께 돼지 출하차량의 적재함 전폭에 따라 조절될 수 있는 전폭조절휀스(100), 또 추락방지휀스(30) 및 분뇨제거용 회전브러쉬(80) 등을 구비하여 돼지의 상차후 돼지가 적재함에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 것과 함께 위생적인 관리수단의 구조로 되어 있다.
본 발명은 종래 경사언덕의 구축 또는 체인을 이용한 리프트방식에 비하여 돼지상차에 따른 돼지의 거부감이 해소되며 또 돼지를 다량으로 신속하게 상차가 가능하여작업성을 크게 향상시키는 한편, 작업시간 및 인력(노동력)내지는 경비의 절감효과를 기대할 수 있다.
