Abstract: PURPOSE: A resist ink printing device is provided to improve a processing session, manufacturing costs, and a production ability because a photosensitive resist ink is spread on a substrate by revising a gerber file in which circuit diagram information of the substrate is saved. CONSTITUTION: A resist ink printing device(100) comprises a transfer unit(110), a control unit, and an inkjet printing head unit(120). The transferring unit transfers a substrate(200) in which a service wire for electrolytic gold-plating printing is patterned to inside a body(180). The control unit recognizes a gerber file. The gerber file is formed in the body, thereby measuring a degree of a deflection and saving circuit diagram information of the substrate. The control unit revises the gerber file by compensating the degree of the deflection. The inkjet printing head unit discharges a photosensitive resist ink to the service wire by the revised gerber file.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a piezoelectric actuator for an inkjet head is provided to increase driving displacement by the increase of driving efficiency compared to driving voltage by the thickness decrease of a piezoelectric actuator and to enable operation at a high frequency. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a piezoelectric actuator for an inkjet head is as follows. A block(42a) consisting of a bulky piezoelectric material is prepared. The block is bonded to a sacrificial substrate(100). The block is wrapped to form a thickness-decreased piezoelectric body. The thickness-decreased piezoelectric body is polished. The polished piezoelectric body is separated form the sacrificial substrate. First and second electrodes are formed on both sides of the piezoelectric body. The piezoelectric body comprising the first and second electrodes is cut. Poling is performed on the cut piezoelectric body.

Abstract: A tilting apparatus and a rotary apparatus are provided to control elastic force according to the weight of a weight object attached to a tilt member by using first and second elastic members, thereby standardizing and producing the tilting apparatus without replacement of an elastic member. A tilting apparatus comprises a support member(12), a tilt member(14), a first elastic member(16), and a second elastic member(17). A weight object(20) can be attached to the tilt member. The tilt member is joined to the support member around a hinge shaft(18) by a hinge. The first elastic member supports the tilt member elastically to attenuate the gravity moment of the weight object. The second elastic member applies elastic force in a direction resistant to the gravity moment of the weight object, and controls elastic force.
