Abstract: PURPOSE: A lens scanning device adopting a bimorph actuator is provided to enable two-dimensional linear scanning for a target photographing object by using other bimorphs for compensating that a suspension is bent to one side. CONSTITUTION: One ends of a first suspension(110) and a second suspension(120) are fixed in a housing and is parrallelly arranged each other. First bimorphs(112,122) are respectively arranged on a first surface of each suspension. Second bimorphs(114,124) are arranged in a second surface facing to the first surface at the relevant suspension. A first lens is supported by the other ends of the first and second suspensions. A second lens is fixed between the first and second suspension in parallel with the first lens. An objective lens(160) is arranged in one end of the housing facing to the second lens based on the first lens.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A varifocal lens structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to change the thickness of a frame by forming the frame by using PDMS(Polymethylsiloxane) containing high heat expansion rate. CONSTITUTION: A fluid chamber is formed in a frame. The fluid chamber is filled with optical fluid. A transparent cover(120) is located at the upper side of the frame. An elastic membrane(130) is located at the lower side of the frame. An actuator(140) is located of the elastic membrane. The optical fluid and fluid have heat expansion rate higher than PDMS. The optical fluid and fluid contain a fluorine functional group. The thickness of the frame is same with the thickness of the optical fluid. Micro-bubbles are formed within the PDMS. The micro-bubbles are filled with the fluid. The diameter of the micro-bubbles is less than 10micrometers.

Abstract: A micro shutter having an iris function, a manufacturing method thereof, and a micro camera module having the same are provided to manufacture a micro shutter by using semiconductor production processes. A micro shutter(100) having an iris function comprises: a base plate(110) in which the light is passed; a plurality of roll up blades(120) made of the material blocking the light; and a controller(150) electrically connected between the base plate and a plurality of roll up blades.
