PURPOSE: A method for driving an LCD module and a source line with a reduced source drive IC number is provided to reduce the number of source drive IC for driving an LCD module by using an improved method for driving the LCD module and a source line. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(130) has a multitude of gate line(Gj-Gj+3) of a grating structure, a multitude of source line(Sai,Sbi,Sai+1,Sbi+1) of the grating structure, a pixel array connected with the gate lines(Gj-Gj+3) and the source lines(Sai,Sbi,Sai+1,Sbi+1), and a switching portion(140). One pixel is connected with the gate line and the source line. The pixel is formed with a TFT(T1), an auxiliary capacitor(CST), and a liquid crystal capacitor(CLC). A gate of the TFT(T1) is connected with the gate line. A source of the TFT(T1) is connected with the source line. The auxiliary capacitor(CST) and the liquid crystal capacitor(CLC) are connected with a drain of the TFT(T1) and a common electrode voltage. The switching portion(140) has the first transistor array(MNai,MNai+1) and the second transistor array(MNbi,MNbi+1).

디스플레이 장치의 액정표시모듈의 측면에 소정 깊이를 갖도록 고정홈을 형성하고, 리어 케이스에는 액정표시모듈에 형성된 고정홈의 내벽이 가압되도록 액정표시모듈 고정 유닛을 형성하여 액정표시모듈 고정 유닛과 액정표시모듈이 상호 끼워 맞춤 결합되도록 함으로써 디스플레이 장치의 크기를 감소시킴과 동시에 조립 공정수를 감소시킨 액정표시모듈 및 이를 이용한 정보처리장치가 개시되고 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thin film transistor LCD with a dot reverse driving method is provided to suppress generating of vertical stripes on an LCD screen by alternately forming data lines which are connected to an odd pixel electrode and an even pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(300) has "m" numbers gate lines(G1, G2,..., Gm), and "2n" numbers data lines(D1, D2, ..., Dn; C1, C2, Cn) are formed for lying at right angles to each gate line(G1, G2,..., Gm). A plurality of pixels(Gm/3 x n/3, Bm/3 x m/3, Bm/3 x n/3) are inserted into a matrix structure formed by vertical laying of each line. A drain is connected to each pixel electrode and each gate is connected to each gate line. The LCD panel(300) includes a thin-film transistor(M) a source thereof is connected to the data lines. The "n" numbers even data lines out of "2n" numbers data lines are connected to a lower source driver(220), and the reminder "n" numbers odd data lines are connected to an upper source driver(210). A gate driver(100) successively outputs a turn-on signal on order of G1, ..., Gm in "m" numbers gate lines.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent a tape carrier package from being bent and to be easy to treat the tape carrier package, by forming a bending preventing slot. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display comprises a display unit(200) which consists of a reflection-type liquid crystal display panel(100), a tape carrier package(130), a printed circuit board(150) and an adhesion tape(170). The panel(100) consists of a polarization plate(111), a color filter substrate(113), a thin film transistor substrate(115). A bending preventing slot(135) is formed at the tape carrier package(130), and the tape(170) is adhered at a rear portion of the liquid crystal display panel(100).

본 발명은 액정표시장치에 관한 것으로, 케이스내에 형성된 보스들을 엘시디 모듈의 탑샤시의 양측 영역에 형성된 관통공에 결합시킨 다음, 관통공을 통해 돌출된 보스의 단부 외주면에 이탈방지부재를 억지끼워 설치하여 엘시디 모듈을 고정시켜 엘시디 모듈과 케이스간의 체결 영역을 줄임으로써 케이스의 면적을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 종래에 엘시디 모듈과 케이스를 나사체결을 통해 결합시킴으로써 발생되던 작업의 불편함이 제거되어 작업 효율의 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A tape carrier package, a liquid crystal display panel assembly comprising the same, a liquid crystal display with the same, and a method for assembling the same comprise a base substrate, a gate drive IC(212), an input pattern(213), a first output pattern(214), and a second output pattern(215). The gate drive IC is formed on the base substrate. The input pattern is formed on the base substrate. The input pattern applies a gate drive signal processed in an outside to the gate drive IC. The first output pattern is formed on the base substrate and it outputs the gate drive signal processed by the gate drive IC. The second output pattern is formed on the base substrate and it outputs the gate drive signal not processed by the gate drive IC.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is to improve the assembling efficiency of a liquid crystal display by minimizing the size of a case. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises a module(10), a case(12) enclosing the case, a fastening member(14) for fastening the module and the case. The module includes a panel(16) for displaying a data, a back light assembly(18), positioned in a rear side of the panel, for generating a light, a molded frame(20) for accommodating the panel and the back light assembly, and a chassis(22) fixed on the frame and enclosing upper edges of the panel and a side of the frame. The case includes a lower case(24) covering a lower portion of the module, and an upper case(26) covering an upper portion of the module and engaged with the lower case. The fastening member includes a through hole(28) formed on a portion of the chassis, a boss(30) formed on a portion of the lower case, and a stopper(34) for preventing the module from disengaged with a groove(32) formed on a periphery of the boss.
